«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունն արդենը երրորդ օրն է, ինչ ստորագրահավաք է իրականացնում նաև Հրազդանում: Անցկացման վայրը Հրազդանի քաղաքապետարանն է: Երեք օրվա մեջ առաջին անգամ միջադեպ է գրանցվել: Տվյալ տարածքի ստորագրահավաք իրականացնող աշխատակիցներից Սիրավարդն ասում է՝ մի կին էր, սկզբում անցավ մեր մոտով, ռեպլիկներ բաց թողեց՝ հայասպաններ և այլն: «Չգիտենք, թե ով էր այդ կինը: Որևէ կերպ չարձագանքեցինք իր ռեպլիկներին, որպեսզի վիճաբանության չվերածվի: Բայց հետո նորից վերադարձավ, նստեց, սկսեց խոսել, ասացինք՝ լավ, կին է, թող սիրտը դատարկի, գնա: Անընդհատ ասում էր՝ սա թուրքի գործ է, Քոչարյանի գործն է և այլն, և այլն: Բացատրեցինք, որ սա կուսակցական նախաձեռնություն չի, կարդացինք, թե ինչու է կազմակերպվել այս ստորագրահավաքը՝ որևէ կուսակցության կամ քաղաքական գործչի անուն չկա, ընդամենն ուզում ենք, որ Արցախի վերաբերյալ նման օրենք ընդունվի, դրա համար նախ ստորագրություններ ենք հավաքում: Բայց սկսեց բարկանալ, մեզ «թուրք» կոչեց, անիծեց: Չնայած փորձում էինք որևէ կերպ չարձագանքել, որպեսզի գնա: Մի մարդ էր եկել, որ ստորագրի, հարձակվեց նրա վրա, միջամտեցի, թղթապանակի ներսում եղած թղթերը չկարողացավ պատռել, պաստառը պոկեց ու տարավ»,-Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասում է Սիրավարդը: Նշում է՝ մինչ այս որևէ միջադեպ չի եղել. «Ո՛չ քաղաքապետարանի, ո՛չ աշխատակիցների, ո՛չ քաղաքացիների կողմից որևէ խոչընդոտ չի եղել: Ոչ մի խնդիր չէր եղել մինչ այս դեպքը: Լինում է, որ մարդիկ գալիս են, խոսում, բայց դա էլ է հասկանալի, շատերի սիրտը լցված է, ուզում են արտահայտվել, բայց դա անում են շատ անհանգիստ, առանց ավելորդությունների»:
