Ակնհայտ էր՝ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն ինչ-որ պահի խոսելու են, որ 2025 թ.-ին ավարտվում է ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման ժամկետն Արցախում, որին գումարվել է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների՝ ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի աջակցությունը:

Alpha News-ի հետ զրույցում, մեկնաբանելով Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի հայտարարությունը, նման կարծիք հայտնեց թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը:

«Տրամաբանական է, որ երկուսուկես տարի առաջվանից Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման ժամկետի թեման դարձնում են հանրային սեփականություն: Հող է նախապատրաստվում, որ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը, հենց այդ դիրքորոշումից ելնելով, սկսեն բանակցել Ռուսաստանի հետ»,-շեշտեց թուրքագետը:

Էրդողանը, հիշեցնենք, ՆԱՏՕ-ի վիլնյուսյան վեհաժողովի շրջանակներում երեկ՝ հուլիսի 12-ին, ի պատասխան ադրբեջանցի լրագրողի հարցի, հույս էր հայտնել, որ Ռուսաստանը հավատարիմ կմնա ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններով ստանձնած պարտականություններին եւ ռուս խաղաղապահները 2025 թ.-ին կլքեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը: Իսկ 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության համաձայն՝ ռուս խաղաղապահները Արցախում տեղակայվել են 5 տարի ժամկետով, որը, սակայն, կարող է երկարաձգվել եւս 5-ամյա ժամկետով, եթե կողմերից մեկը տվյալ ժամկետի ավարտից 6 ամիս առաջ չհայտարարի դրա չեղարկման մտադրության մասին:
