Գեղարքունիքում հայտնաբերվել է ազգականի տանից ոսկյա զարդեր և գումար հափշտակած 21-ամյա կասկածյալը

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով` ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության (վարչության պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյան), ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Ստեփան Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ, երեկ՝ հուլիսի 11-ին, Գեղարքունիքի մարզում իրականացրել են «Գողը տանից չլինի, եզը երդիկից չեն հանի կամ չնստես կոճղին, գաթա չուտես» օպերացիան: 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ օրը` գիշերը ժամը 02:20-ի սահմաններում Ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Ա. Ա.-ից, ով հայտնել է, որ նույն օրը ժամը 11:00-ից միչև 01:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք իր տանից գողություն են կատարել: 

Նշված հասցե են ժամանել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ոստիկանապետը, Մարտունու ոստիկանապետը և Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մարտունու քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Քոչար Քոչարյանի գլխավորությամբ: 

Տեղում տան տերերը ոստիկաններին և քնննչներին հայտնել են, որ իրենց տանից գողացել են 70 հազար ՌԴ ռուբլի, 4 հատ ոսկյա մատանի և 1 զույգ ոսկյա ականջօղ:

Արտաքին զննությամբ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները և ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագետը եկել են եզրակացության, որ տուն մտել են առանց դուռ կամ լուսամուտ կոտրելու:

Կարճ ժամանակ անց Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ոստիկաններն ու Մարտունու քննիչները հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ հետախուզական և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզում են, որ տան տերերը ժողովրդի լեզվով ասած իրենց «խասյաթին» համաձայն, տանից դուրս գալիս, տան բանալին թողել են լուսամուտի տակ եղած փայտե կոճղի տակ, ինչն էլ հիմք է տվել ոստիկաններին ու քննիչներին, որ գողը կամ գողերը նշված տուն ոչ միայն ազատ ելումուտ են ունեցել, այլ նաև լավ տեղակացված են, որ այդ պահին տանը մարդ չկա: Կարճ ժամանակում ոստիկանների օպերատիվ  աշխատանքը տալիս է իր դրական արդյունքը:

Նշված հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանները հայտնաբերում և ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժին են տեղափոխում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 21-ամյա Հ Շ.-ին:

Վերջինը փաստերի ճնշման տակ խոստովանել է, որ ինքն է կոճղի տակից վերցրել է բանալին, մտել տուն ու ննջասենյակի զգեստապահարանում եղած կանացի պայուսակի միջից գողացել փողերն ու ոսկյա զարդերը: 

Գ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Հ. Շ.-ն ոստիկաններին հայտնել է նաև, որ գումարի մի մասը և ոսկյա մատանիններն ու ոսկյա ականջօղը նա պահել է իր տան կարտոֆիլի հորանում: Հայտնաբերվել է նաև գողոնը:

Կասկածյալը տուժածների մոտ ազգականն է: 

Հ. Շ.-ն ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնից ներկայացվել է Մարտունու քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
