Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը կարծում է, որ Ադրբեջանը երկու նպատակով է Արցախի գազամատակարարումը կարճ ժամանակով վերականգնել: Alpha News-ի հետ զրույցում Մելիք-Շահնազարյանն ասաց, որ մարտից հետո առաջին անգամ Արցախի գազը միացնելով՝ Ադրբեջանը փորձեց մոլորեցնել միջազգային հանրությանը եւ տպավորություն ստեղծեց, թե Արցախում գազն անընդմեջ ընդհատված չէ:

«Ադրբեջանն Արցախի գազամատակարարման կարճատեւ վերականգնմամբ փորձեց տխուր վիճակագրությունն ընդհատել, որպեսզի չասվի, որ օրինակ՝ 150 օր գազ չկա: Հիմքեր են ստեղծում, որոնց վրա կարող են հենվել ու ասել, որ երկու կամ երեք օր գազ չկա, աշխատանքներ ենք տանում, կվերականգնենք: Այդ կերպ փորձում են մոլորեցնել միջազգային հանրությանը, տեղեկատավական դաշտում շատերը տեսնում են, որ Արցախի գազը վերականգնվել է, բայց հետո չեն տեսնում, որ դա մի քանի ժամ է տեւել: Դա զուտ քարոզչական խնդիր է»,- ընդգծեց Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:

Արցախի գազամատակարարման կարճատեւ վերականգնելու Ադրբեջանի քայլը, ըստ քաղաքագետի, Ռուսաստանին ուղղված ուղերձ էր, թե այս տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանը չի կարող ինչ-որ բան պահանջել, առավել եւս՝ իրավիճակ թելադրել: «Ադրբեջանը, երբ փակում է գազը կամ խանգարում է Լաչինի միջանցքի բացմանը, առաջին հերթին հարվածում է Ռուսաստանի հեղինակությանը, որովհետեւ հայկական կողմն այս պայմաններին համաձայնվել էր ռուսական միջնորդությամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի երաշխավորությամբ»,- նշեց Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:

Հիշեցնենք՝ «Արցախգազ»-ի փոխանցել էր, որ հուլիսի 8-ի երեկոյան Հայաստանից Արցախ գազամատակարարումն Ադրբեջանը վերականգնել էր: Հաղորդվեց, որ արցախյան կողմի հետ այդ թեմայով որեւէ հաղորդակցություն տեղի չի ունեցել: Ժամեր անց, սակայն, Ադրբեջանը նորից արգելափակել էր գազամատակարարումը:
