Ադրբեջանն ունի Արցախի բնիկ ժողովրդին` հայերին իրենց հայրենիքից բռնի տեղահանելու, էթնիկ զտումների ենթարկելու նպատակ:
Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն, ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակին:
«Նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 12-ից սկսած հումանիտար աղետը տարվում է արդեն տոտալ շրջափակումով: 210-րդ օրն է՝ արցախահայերը կտրված են աշխարհից:
Հունվարի 9-ից Ադրբեջանն ամբողջությամբ դադարեցրել է Հայաստանից էլեկտրական էներգիայի մատակարարումը, և այն առ այսօր չի վերականգնվել:
Մարտի 21-ից Ադրբեջանն ամբողջությամբ դադարեցրել է Հայաստանից դեպի Արցախ գազի մատակարարումը, իսկ նախքան այդ պարբերաբար դադարեցնում ու վերականգնում էր:
Հունիսի 15-ից դադարեցված են Արցախ բոլոր տեսակի հումանիտար (սնունդ, վառելիք, դեղորայք, հիգիենիկ պարագաներ և այլն) մատակարարումները:
Հունիսի 25-ից սկսած Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի միջոցով իրականացվում է միայն դեղորայքի մատակարարում, այն էլ՝ խիստ սահմանափակումներով:
Հուլիսի 8-ի կեսօրին տեղելություն տարածվեց, որ գազի մատակարարումն Արցախ վերականգնվել է, սակայն հուլիսի 9-ի կեսօրից գազի մատակարարումը կրկին դադարեցվեց:
Ընդ որում, այս ամբողջ քաղաքականությունը կատարվում է մտադրված` մարդկանց մեջ անորոշություն ու տագնապ տարածելու համար:
Անգամ նվազագույն կենսական կարիքների` հիվանդանոց մարդկանց տեղափոխելու, սնունդի ու այլ կարիքների համար բնակիչները չեն կարողանում վառելիքով լիցքավորել մեքենաները: Հացի արտադրամասերն անգամ չեն կարողանում գործել:
Այս կերպ Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունն Արցախի 120,000 բնակիչներին մտադրված ենթարկում է իրական տեռորի` ամբողջական մեկուսացումով ստեղծում է անորոշ վիճակ, տագնապի զգացողություն կյանքի և առողջության համար, հուսահատություն:
Սա էլ ադրբեջանական իշխանության շարունակվող հայատյաց ու թշնամանքի հանցավոր քաղաքականության բնական դրսևորում է, նրանց իրական մտադրություններից բխող քայլեր»,- գրել է նա:
