ԱՄՆ-ն պատրաստ կլինի Ուկրաինային տրամադրել անվտանգության երաշխիքներ Իսրայելի մոդելով։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, CNN-ին տված հարցազրույցում այս մասին հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը։

«Ուկրաինան պատրաստ չէ ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելուն հիմա ՝ պատերազմի թեժ պահին։ Դաշինքի անդամների շրջանում այժմ ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ուկրաինայի անդամակցության վերաբերյալ միակարծություն չկա։ Բայց Ուկրաինային պետք է ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու համար որակավորման ռացիոնալ ուղի առաջարկել։ Իսկ քանի դեռ Ուկրաինան ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ չէ, ԱՄՆ - ն նրան անվտանգության այնպիսի երաշխիքներ կտրամադրի, ինչպիսին Իսրայելին է տրամադրել», - նշել է նա։

Ջո Բայդենը նաև հայտարարել է, որ Ուկրաինային կասետային զինամթերք տրամադրելու որոշումը հեշտ չի եղել, բայց նա որոշել է դա անել, քանի որ Ուկրաինան դրա կարիքն ունի։

«Մենք գտնվում ենք մի իրավիճակում, երբ Ուկրաինայի վրա դաժանորեն հարձակվում են, դա է պատճառը։ Երկրորդը ՝ ուկրաինացիների զինամթերքները սպառվում են 155 մմ հաուբիցների համար։ Այս պատերազմը կապված է զինամթերքի հետ։ Եվ նրանց մոտ սպառվում է այդ զինամթերքը, իսկ մեզ մոտ դրանք քիչ են։ Ուստի, քանի դեռ ԱՄՆ-ն չի ավելացրել զինամթերքի արտադրությունը, Ուկրաինան ժամանակավորապես կասետային զինամթերք կստանա», - նշել Է Բայդենը։

Բայդենը հույս ունի, որ դրանք կօգնեն Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերին ճեղքել ռուսական բանակի ամրությունները։

Իսրայելի անվտանգության երաշխիքների մոդելը ենթադրում է ռազմական և ֆինանսական օգնության 10-ամյա պարտավորություն, համատեղ արտադրության հնարավորություն, բայց առանց պատերազմներին և հակամարտություններին ՆԱՏՕ-ի բանակի մասնակցության:
