Բաքուն պնդում է՝ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը վերահաստատել է «Ադրբեջանի՝ իր սահմանները վերահսկելու իրավունքը»։ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարությունը տարածած հայտարարությամբ ողջունել է դատարանի որոշումը, որն ըստ Բաքվի, հայկական կողմը սխալ է մեկնաբանել, գրում է «Ազատությունը»։
Ադրբեջանի դիվանագիտական գերատեսչությունը շարունակում է պնդել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչները «անցնում են սահմանային անցակետով», իսկ անցակետի տեղադրումը, ինչպես ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում՝ «պայմանավորված էր Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխան տարածք զենքի, ռազմական տեխնիկայի և զինվորների անօրինական հոսքը դադարեցնելու հրատապ անհրաժեշտությամբ»։
Երեկ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը կայացրել է որոշում Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի գործով իր՝ փետրվարի 22-ի միջանկյալ միջոց կիրառելու մասին որոշման լրացման մասին Հայաստանի խնդրանքի վերաբերյալ, որը պայմանավորված էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքում անցակետ տեղադրելու փաստով։
«Դատարանը վերահաստատել է իր 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ի որոշումը, որով պարտավորեցրել էր Ադրբեջանին՝ ձեռնարկել բոլոր միջոցները երաշխավորելու Լաչինի միջանցքով քաղաքացիների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների՝ երկու ուղղություններով անխափան տեղաշարժը, գտել է, որ այս պահին չկա իր 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ի որոշումը լրացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը», - հայտնել է միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը:
