Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հուլիսի 4-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության՝ Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Արթուր Բաբայանն ու հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչը միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Մասիսի նստավայր, որպեսզի դատարանը, որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 44-ամյա Գարեգին Թադևոսյանի նկատմամբ։
Դատավոր Գ․ Ստեփանյանը դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց և խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալուց հետո բավարարել է քննչական մարմնի միջնորդությունը և Գ․ Թադևոսյանը վերցվել է կալանքի ու դատարանից տեղափոխվել ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության համապատասխան բանտ։
Վերջինս կասկածվում է հուլիսի 3-ին ոչ սթափ վիճակում ողբերգական ավտովթարի մեջ, ինչի հետևանքով 4-ամյա տղան մահացել էր, իսկ ևս 2 հոգի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին հիվանդանոց։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր Shamshyan.com-ը, հուլիսի 3-ին ողբերգական ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։
Ժամը 00։10-ի սահմաններում Մասիս քաղաքի Արարատյան փողոցում գործող գազալցակայանի դիմաց բախվել էին Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 44-ամյա Գարեգին Թադևոսյանի վարած Ford Fusion մակնիշի և 33-ամյա Սամվել Գրիգորյանի վարած Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։
Վթարի հետևանքով Opel-ի ուղևոր 4-ամյա Ալեքս Գ․-ն տեղում մահացել էր: Իսկ ուղևորներ՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 53-ամյա Հերիքնազ Գրիգորյանն ու 19-ամյա Լուսինե Գրիգորյանը, մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին «Մասիս» բժշկական կենտրոն։
