ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը բացել է կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների սպասարկման նոր գրասենյակ

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը Երևան քաղաքի կենտրոնում նոր ժամանակակից ձևաչափով բացել է իրավաբանական անձանց սպասարկող «Մոսկվա» մասնաճյուղը։ Գրասենյակը սպասարկելու է բանկի գրեթե 1000 կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների՝ տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներից։ Տարեսկզբից նրանց թիվն աճել է 15%-ով։


Նոր մասնաճյուղում հաճախորդներին հասանելի են հաշվարկադրամարկղային ծառայություններ, վարկային և
խնայողական պրոդուկտներ, վճարային բիզնես - քարտեր և «Բանկ-Հաճախորդ» օնլայն ծառայությունը՝ հիմնական ֆինանսական ծառայություններին շուրջօրյա հասանելիությամբ:


Գրասենյակի դիզայնը և աշխատատեղերը նախագծված են ժամանակակից ոճով և պլանավորված են այնպես, որպեսզի ապահովեն անհատական մոտեցում հաճախորդին և նրա հարմարավետությունը սպասարկման բոլոր փուլերում. դրա համար նախատեսված են հանդիպումների հատուկ սենյակներ: Այցելուներին հասանելի է առանձնացված կայանատեղի:

իրականացվում է աշխատանքային օրերին՝ ժամը 9:30-17:00:
