«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
iarex.ru-ն «Sofia Globe. Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով բանակցությունները տանում են Ռուսաստան-Ֆրանսիա-Իրան դաշինքին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի գործողությունները Հարավային Կովկասում հակասում են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերություններում ԵՄ քաղաքականությանը։ Այդ մասին գրել է Բուլղարիայում հրատարակվող անգլալեզու Sofia Globe պարբերականը։ Վերլուծելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հետ կապված իրավիճակը՝ լրատվամիջոցը հանգել է սենսացիոն եզրակացության:
«Հարավային Կովկասում Էմանուել Մակրոնի քաղաքականությունը լիովին հակասում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության հաստատմանը միտված ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականությանը,- գրել է պարբերականը,-նման կերպ ստեղծվում է Ֆրանսիայի, Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի շատ յուրօրինակ եռակողմ դաշինք։ Բայց եթե Ֆրանսիայի դիրքորոշումը ձեռնտու չէ ո՛չ ԱՄՆ-ին, ո՛չ Եվրամիությանը, ո՛չ Ուկրաինային, ապա իրականում ո՞ւմ է պաշտպանում Մակրոնը։ Պարզ է միայն մեկ բան՝ Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանն են Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի քաղաքականության հիմնական շահառուները»։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Sofia Globe-ը մեջբերում է ամերիկյան Newsweek շաբաթաթերթում հրապարակված վերլուծական զեկույցը, որտեղ ասվում է, թե Բաքվի վրա լծակների օգնությամբ իրեն պաշտպանելու համար Մոսկվան, իբր, «ծրագրում է օգտագործել Ղարաբաղում գտնվող հայ անջատողականներին իր նպատակների համար», և դա մի այնպիսի տարածաշրջանում, որը անգամ Հայաստանի վարչապետն է ճանաչել որպես Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխան տարածք։ «Ավելին,գրել է Newsweek-ը,- վերլուծելով բազմաթիվ հրապարակային հայտարարություններ և վերլուծական գնահատականները աշխարհի առաջատար լրատվամիջոցներում, մենք կարող ենք եզրակացնել, որ Ֆրանսիան, Իրանը և Ռուսաստանը որոշել են միավորել իրենց ջանքերը Հարավային Կովկասում ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի և Իսրայելի»:
The Wall Street Journal-ը ևս ավելի վաղ՝ մայիսին գրել էր, որ նախագահ Մակրոնի քաղաքականությունը Հարավային Կովկասում ծառայում է Մոսկվայի և Թեհրանի տարածաշրջանային շահերին և, հետևաբար, հակասում է Վաշինգտոնի և Բրյուսելի՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության հաստատմանը ուղղված ջանքերին:
