Արցախի պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը վստահեցնում է, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հանցավոր գործողությունները և կիրառած համակողմանի բլոկադան չեն կարողացել կոտրել արցախցիների ոգին և դիմադրությունը: Դա, չնայած այն բանին, որ մարդկանց կենսապահովման նվազագույն կարիքներն արդեն կես տարուց ավելի հնարավոր է լինում բավարարել բացառապես Կարմիր խաչի և ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի իրականացրած հումանիտար բեռնափոխադրումների հաշվին:

Արցախի պետնախարարն «Alpha News»-ին տված բացառիկ հարցազրույցում նաև նկատել է, որ արցախցին այսօր գիտի, թե հանուն ինչի է պայքարում, ու թեև դժվարությունները շատ են, բայց իրենք չեն սիրում խոսել դրանց մասին: Մյուս կողմից՝ Արցախի պետնախարարի խոսքով՝ «այս իրավիճակում ամեն բան արցախցու վրա թողնելն այդքան էլ ճիշտ չէ, քանի որ Արցախը ոչ միայն արցախցունն է, այլ համայն հայությանը»: Հարկավ, որևէ պաշտոնյայի ասելով չէ, որ պիտի իմացվեր Արցախի հայության հերոսական ոգու և դիմադրողականության մասին: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է «այս իրավիճակում ամեն ինչ արցախցու վրա» թողնել-չթողնելուն, ապա Արցախի իշխանություններն ու հատկապես այդ իշխանության բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց հանդիմանանքն առաջին հերթին պետք է ուղղեն Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությանը, ի դես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի:

Համենայն դեպս, անառարկելի փաստն այն է, որ եթե Հայաստանում գոյություն ունի մեկը, որն Արցախը համարում է ադրբեջանական, ինչից «թևավորված» էլ Ալիևը ցեղասպանական բնույթի նորանոր հանցավոր քայլեր է անում Արցախի հայության դեմ, ապա այդ մեկը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, գումարած՝ նրա ՔՊ-ն: Այդ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է ուրացել Արցախն ու Արցախի հայերին՝ հայոց բազմահազարամյա բնօրրան-երկրամասը հայտարարելով «ադրբեջանական տարածք», իսկ սեփական հայրենիքում ապրող, արարող ու պաշտպանվող հայ մարդկանց էլ՝ ադրբեջանական գերիշխանության տակ գտնվելու ենթակա: Չարժե այդ կոնկրետ իրողությունը լղոզել ընդհանրական դիտարկմամբ կամ հորդորներով, եթե խիստ մեղմ արտահայտվենք:
