Բեռնաթափման տեսակը կարող եք ընտրել ըստ ձեր նախապատվության։ Մածուն, խնձոր, կաթնաշոռ, մանդարին, բրինձ կամ հնդկաձավար. ընտրեք նշված մթերքներից որեւէ մեկը եւ ողջ օրվա ընթացքում կերեք միայն դա։
Տոներից հետո քաշից ազատվելու եւս մեկ լավ տարբերակը աղցաններ ուտելն է։ Յոթ օր շարունակ կերեք միայն բանջարեղենային աղցաններ։ Դրանց բաղադրության մեջ չպետք է լինի մայոնեզ։ Սննդակարգը կարող է լրացվել անյուղ կաթնաշոռով, կանաչ խնձորով, թուրինջով։
Ի դեպ, նման սննդակարգը ոչ միայն կօգնի ազատվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից, այլ նաեւ բարելավել մաշկի վիճակը։
Արագ արդյունքի հասնելու համար չպետք է մոռանալ նաեւ մարզվելու մասին։ Օրվա մեջ դրան հատկացրեք 30-40 րոպե, կամ մարզվեք շաբաթը 3 անգամ 1-2 ժամ։ Այսպիսով ոչ միայն կնիհարեք, այլ նաեւ կունենաք գեղեցիկ, հավասարաչափ ու գրավիչ մարմին։
