ՀՀ-Իրան-ՌԴ շահերի խաչմերուկում

Վերջերս ՀՀ-ում էր ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարար, հայ-ռուսական տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի ռուսական կողմի համանախագահ Մաքսիմ Սոկոլովը: Նա այցի շրջանակներում հյուրընկալվեց ՀՀ կառավարություն:

Վարչապետի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին երկու երկրների միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Հանդիպման ժամանակ Ռուսական կողմը կարևորել է Հայաստան-Իրան երկաթգծի կառուցումը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել ուսումնասիրել ՌԴ-ի հնարավոր մասնակցության հարցը:

Հայաստան-Իրան երկաթուղու նախագիծը Հայաստանի տարածքում ենթադրում է ավելի քան 300 կմ երկաթգծի կառուցում: Երկաթգծի 1 կմ-ի կառուցման միջին արժեքը կազմում է 10,5 մլն դոլար, ինչը պայմանավորված է ինժեներական կառույցների բազմաքանակությամբ։

Այս երկաթուղին լուրջ հեռանկարներ կբացի երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման համար: Այն կյանքի կոչելու համար, սակայն, անհրաժեշտ են լուրջ ներդրումներ շահագրգիռ գործըկերների կողմից: Իրանի հետ երկաթուղային կապի հաստատմամբ Հայաստանը հնարավորություն կստանա առանձին երկաթուղային ելք ունենալ դեպի Պարսից ծոց:

Այս նախագծի իրականացման մեջ իր ուրույն շահն ունի ՌԴ-ն: Այսպիսով, Հայաստանը, լինելով ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկիր, նոր հնարավորություններ է ընձեռում Ռուսաստանի համար Հայաստան-Իրան երկաթգծի առկայության դեպքում: Հայաստանը Պարսից ծոցի միջոցով կապահովի ԵԱՏՄ երկրների ելքը դեպի Հնդկական օվկիանոս:
