Այսօր շրջանառության մեջ է մի ենթադրություն, որը պետք է վերանայել. Դա այն է, որ իբր այն, ինչ այսօր կատարվում է, դա նաեւ միջազգային հանրության ցանկությունն է, իրենց պարտադրանքն է եւ  այս ամենն արվում է նրանց ճնշման տակ: Այս մասին, այսօր Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի նստավայրում «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության ստորագրահավաքին միանալուց հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը:

«Այս ենթադրությունը պետք է ամբողջությամբ վերանայել եւ դրան տալ նոր ընկալում: Այո, միջազգային հանրության համար ցանկալի է, որ ԼՂ հարցը հանգուցալուծվի, բայց թե ինչպես կհանգուցալուծվի, հավատացեք, դա միջազգային հանրությանն այդքան էլ չի հետաքրքրում: Նրանք գնում են այն ճանապարհով, որն իրենց առաջ բացվել է: Որ ճանապարհը հեշտ է  հարցի հանգուցալուծման համար, այդ ճանապարհն էլ վերցնում են:

Այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միջազգային հանրությանը ցույց է տալիս ամենահեշտ ճանապարհը՝ ԼՂ-ն հանձնել Ադրբեջանին: Իհարկե, միջազգային հանրությունը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին կաջակցի, որ այդ հանգուցալուծումը լինի: Այն պահին, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները նոր ձեւակերպում տակ բանակցությունների բնույթին, հավատացեք, միջազգային հանրության մոտ դիրքորոշման կտրուկ փոփոխություն կլինի»,-հայտարարեց Օսկանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, եթե հայկական կողմը միջազգային հանրության առջեւ ձեւակերպի համոզիչ, տրամաբանական, առանց չափազանցությունների մեջ ընկնելու, բանակցությունների ամբողջ էությունն ու բովանդակությունը փոխվելու է:
