Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նամակով դիմել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին:
Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացրել է Արցախի հակաճգնաժամային խորհրդի նախագահ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը` առանց նամակի բովանդակությունը հրապարակելու:
Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է. «Ու՞մ ենք սպասում, ինչի՞ ենք սպասում, անպայման երեխաները պետք է սոված մնան, նոր զարթնե՞նք…
Արցախցիների բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը հավատացել է ոչ թե ՀՀ ղեկավարին, ոչ թե Արցախի ղեկավարին, այլ ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինի խոսքերին՝ որ Արցախում հայերը ապրելու են անվտանգ ու արժանապատիվ։
Այսօր մենք ոչ թե ապրում ենք, այլ գոյատևում ենք, մեր լռությունը օր օրի ավելի է ծանրացնում երկրի ու ժողովրդի վիճակը, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր մեզ անվտանգություն, արժանապատվություն ու ազատ տեղաշարժ են խոստացել, ուղղաթիռով իրենց համար ուտելիք են կրում, թողնելով մեզ այսպիսի վիճակում։
Իշխանությունը նամակ է ուղղել Պուտինին, որում ներկայացված է երկրի ու ժողովրդի ծանրագույն վիճակը։
Կարծում եմ, որ եթե վաղը հստակ քայլեր չտեսնենք ՌԴ կողմից, ապա լռելը հավասարազոր կլինի կործանման…
Վաղն էլ համբերենք, հետո հրաբուխի պես պետք է պայթենք՝ հանուն մեր երեխաների, հանուն մեր արժանապատվության»:
