«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
smi.today-ը «Հայաստանում կոչ են արել վերահսկել Ադրբեջանին, որը սպառնում է հարձակվել Ղարաբաղի վրա» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում նոր հատուկ գործողություն սկսելու սպառնալիքների հետ կապված՝ Ադրբեջանի գործողություններին հետևելու կոչ է հրապարակել ՀՀ հատուկ հարցերով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանը Twitter-ի իր էջում։ «Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ադրբեջանի կողմից նախապատրաստվող նոր հատուկ գործողության մասին՝ պնդելով, որ հունիսի 28-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում զոհված չորս զինծառայողները Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության զինծառայողներ են»,- գրել է Մարուքյանը։
Դիվանագետն ընդգծել է, որ այդ մեղադրանքները կեղծ են։ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Հայաստանից զինծառայողներ չկան, սպանված զինվորները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից էին»,- պարզաբանել է նա։ Մարուքյանը հիշեցրել է, որ Հայաստանը բազմիցս է առաջարկել միջազգային փաստահավաք առաքելություն ուղարկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ՝ պարզելու այնտեղ հայկական զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումների առկայությունը կամ բացակայությունը։ «Ադրբեջանը մերժում է այդ առաջարկը»,- գրել է դիվանագետը։ Նա նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներով հայտարարված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական գործողության մեկնարկը հերթական անգամ կխախտի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության պայմանները, ըստ որի, ռուս խաղաղապահները պետք է ապահովեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության անվտանգությունը։
«Միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է հետևի ադրբեջանական կողմի գործողությունները, որպեսզի կանխի հերթական սադրանքը և Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի նկատմամբ իրականացվող էթնիկ զտումների քաղաքականությունը», - ասել է Մարուքյանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 28-ին ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Մարտակերտի և Մարտունու շրջաններում արձանագրել է հրադադարի ռեժիմի հինգ խախտում։ Ըստ խաղաղապահների, փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով կան զոհեր և վիրավորներ ինչպես հայկական, այնպես էլ ադրբեջանական կողմից։ Դրանից հետո հուլիսի 1-ին haqqin.az կայքում հայտնվել է «Ադրբեջանը նոր հատուկ գործողություն է նախապատրաստում Ղարաբաղում» վերնագրով հոդվածը։ Այնտեղ ասվում է, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմին վերջ տալու եռակողմ համաձայնագիրը իբր կորցրել է ուժը։
Նշվել է, որ Բաքուն ոչ մի դեպքում չի ընդունի առկա ստատուս քվոյի իրավիճակը և «ձգտելու է հասնել հայկական էքսպեդիցիոն կորպուսի ամբողջական և անվերապահ դուրսբերման Ղարաբաղից մինչև վերջին հայ զինվորը»։
