«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Արցախի նախագահի՝ միջազգային հարցերով խորհրդական Նելլի Բաղդասարյանը, Alphanews.amին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադառնալով Ստեփանակերտի ու Բաքվի միջև «ուղիղ երկխոսության» հավանականությանը, մասնավորապես նշել է. «Երկխոսությունը կլինի միայն ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային մանդատ ստանալու դեպքում, որովհետև այլ ձևաչափ չի կարող վստահություն ներշնչել և հուսալի երաշխիքներ տալ»: Այս՝ «ուղիղ երկխոսության» հարցը, ինչպես հայտնի է, առաջ է եկել մի շարք հանգամանքների ազդեցության պայմաններում, որոնցից հիմնականն այն է, որ նախ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա գլխավորած իշխանությունը Արցախը ճանաչել են ադրբեջանական տարածք, իսկ Արցախի հայության անվտանգության համար պատասխանատվությունն ու պարտավորությունը գցել են իրենց վրայից:

Ավելին, Արցախը պաշտոնապես ուրանալուց հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պնդում է, որ Արցախի հայության հարցերով հիմա թող զբաղվեն «միջազգային հանրությունը», Ռուսաստանը, իսկ Արցախի իշխանություններն էլ թող ուղիղ երկխոսություն սկսեն Ալիևի հետ: Իսկ Ալիևն էլ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այդ մոտեցումներից է՛լ ավելի ոգևորված, հայտարարում է, որ ոչ մի Արցախ էլ չկա, իսկ այդ «տնտեսական շրջանում» բնակվող հայերն էլ, եթե ուզում են, թող ադրբեջանական անձնագրեր ստանան, եթե չեն ուզում, թող կորչեն-գնան, ոչ մի «երկխոսություն» էլ չի կարող լինել, իսկ եթե շատ համը հանեն, ապա՝ մի հատ բանակային կորպուսի կեսի մակարդակով կմտնեն ու «հատուկ գործողություն» կանեն, այսինքն՝ 100-120 հազար հայությանը կկոտորեն, կպրծնի-կգնա: Ըստ որում, կարելի է չկասկածել, որ թե՛, այսպես կոչված, ՀՀ իշխանությունը, թե՛ որևէ այլ երկրի իշխանություն, թե՛ «միջազգային հանրությունը» բացարձակապես թքած կունենան, եթե վաղը - մյուս օրը, ադրբեջանական զորքը սկսի Արցախի հայաթափումը:

Առայժմ Ալիևն ու նրա հանցագործ իշխանությունը Հայաստանի իշխանության բացարձակ անգործության պայմաններում շարունակում է Արցախի տոտալ շրջափակումը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ պաշարումը: Նույն լրատվամիջոցին տված հարցազրույցում Արցախի նախագահի միջազգային հարցերով խորհրդական Նելլի Բաղդասարյանը նաև փաստեց, որ իր ներքին ռեսուրսների հաշվին Արցախը դիմադրում է, բայց այդ ռեսուրսներն էլ անսպառ չեն, ու արդեն իսկ էապես զգացվում են Արցախի՝ արդեն կես տարուց ավելի տևող շրջափակման հետևանքները:
