ԱՄՆ միջուկային զենքի տեղակայումը Լեհաստանում սպառնում է դրա օգտագործմամբ․ ՌԴ նախկին նախագահ

ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ, ՌԴ նախկին նախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը մեկնաբանել է ամերիկյան միջուկային զենք տեղակայելու՝ լեհական իշխանությունների ցանկությունը Լեհաստանում։
Ըստ նրա՝ Լեհաստանում միջուկային զենքի հայտնվելուց հետո դրանք կկիրառվեն։
«Հաշվի առնելով, որ այսօր Լեհաստանի ղեկավարությունում հավաքված են միայն պատենտավորված դեգեներատներ, Լեհաստանում միջուկային զենք տեղակայելու խնդրանքը սպառնում է միայն մեկին։ Այդպիսի զենքը կիրառվելու է։ Ի վերջո, ի ուրախություն բոլոր խելագարների (նույնիսկ այն ըմբռնմամբ, որ վերջնական որոշումը կկայացնեն օվկիանոսից այն կողմի մարազմատիկները): Բայց դրա մեջ կա նաև դրական կողմ։ Բոլոր դյուդերը, մորավիեցկիները, կաչինսկիները և այլ չար ոգիներ կվերանան: Դե, մյուսներն էլ կվերանան, ավաղ…»,- գրել է Մեդվեդեևն իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում։
ՆԱՏՕ-ի Միջուկային փոխանակման (Nuclear sharing) ծրագիրը ենթադրում է, որ միջուկային մարտագլխիկները տրամադրվում են անդամ երկրներին, որոնք չունեն սեփական միջուկային զենք։ Ծրագիրը դաշինքի միջուկային զսպման քաղաքականության մի մասն է: 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերից փոխանակման շրջանակներում ԱՄՆ միջուկային զենքերը տեղակայվել են Բելգիայի, Գերմանիայի, Իտալիայի, Նիդեռլանդների և Թուրքիայի տարածքում։
Երեկ Լեհաստանի վարչապետ Մատեուշ Մորավիեցկին ասել էր, որ Վարշավան ցանկանում է երկրում տեղակայել ամերիկյան միջուկային զենք՝ ի պատասխան Բելառուսում Ռուսաստանի մարտավարական միջուկային զենքի պահեստների։ «Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ռուսաստանը մտադիր է մարտավարական միջուկային զենք տեղակայել Բելառուսում, մենք դիմում ենք ողջ ՆԱՏՕ-ին մասնակցելու Միջուկային փոխանակման (Nuclear Sharing - Tert.am) ծրագրին»,- ասել էր երկրի վարչապետը Բրյուսելում ԵՄ գագաթնաժողովից հետո կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում։ Մորավիեցկին նշել էր, որ վերջնական որոշումը կախված կլինի ամերիկացի գործընկերներից։
ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի խոսքով՝ Բելառուսի տարածքում միջուկային զենքի համար օբյեկտների նախապատրաստումը կավարտվի հուլիսի 7-8-ին։
