Ինչպե՞ս է Աշոտյանը կալանավայրում ընդունել ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչներին․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրեր առաջ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչները այց են իրականացրել ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ և առանձնազրույց ունեցել ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ, քաղաքական հետապնդման ենթարկվող Արմեն Աշոտյանի հետ:
Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, «ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչները տեղում ծանոթացել են նրա առողջական վիճակին և պահման պայմաններին: ... Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի և ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքի առնչությամբ Ա. Աշոտյանը ներկայացրել է իր մտահոգություններն ու դիրքորոշումը»։ Այս հանդիպման հետ կապված «Փաստ» թերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Մասնավորաբար, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Աշոտյանը ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի աշխատակիցներին բարեկրթորեն է ընդունել, սակայն հենց սկզբից նրանց ասել է, որ չի վստահում գործող ՄԻՊ-ին, որն, ըստ Աշոտյանի, «Փաշինյանի հերթական դրածոն է»:
Արմեն Աշոտյանը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է իր «գործի» հետ կապված հիմնական զավեշտներն ու կեղծիքները, միևնույն ժամանակ, արձագանքելով ՄԻՊ ներկայացուցիչների խոստմանը՝ հարցը ներկայացնել ՄԻՊ-ին, որը կարող է դիմել և պարզաբանումներ ստանալ գլխավոր դատախազից, ասել է. «Իսկ ի՞նչ են անելու, ընկերուհիներով նստելու և սուրճ են խմելո՞ւ միասին: ՄԻՊ-ը հարցնելու է՝ ինչո՞ւ ես Աշոտյանին փակել, դատախազն էլ ասելու է՝ դե, ինչ կարող էի անել, Նիկոլն ասել է, ես էլ արել եմ, բա հո ես չէի վարի գնալու: Սա՞ է լինելու...»:
Ի դեպ, անկարևոր չէ նշել, որ դատարանի որոշմամբ արգելված են երկու ամսով կալանավորված Աշոտյանի բոլոր տեսակցությունները, այդ թվում՝ իր ընտանիքի անդամների՝ կնոջ, անչափահաս զավակների, ինչպես նաև ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների հետ:
