POLITICSՀունիսի 29-ին հրավիրվել է Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի 7-րդ գումարման 7-րդ նստաշրջանի եզրափակիչ նիստը: Օրակարգի առաջին հարցն Արցախի նախագահի 2022 թվականի գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրի ընթացքի, արդյունքների և 2023 թվականի գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրի վերաբերյալ հաղորդումն էր:
Նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը պատասխանել է պատգամավորների բազմաթիվ հարցերի, որոնք առնչվում էին ինչպես հաղորդմանը, այնպես էլ երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակին, Ադրբեջանի սադրանքներին ու բանակցային գործընթացին:
ՍիվիլՆեթը ներկա էր նիստին և գրի է առել պատգամավորների ու նախագահի հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ հնչած առավել կարևոր մտքերը։
Բաքուն մի թեմա է քննարկում մեզ հետ՝ ինտեգրացիան, երկրորդ թեմա չի քննարկում:
Մասնավորապես ասել է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։ Նաև նշել է, թե ինչու պետք չի ընդունել Ադրբեջանի առաջարկը և գնալ Բաքու բանակցելու
«Որովհետև Բաքուն մի թեմա է քննարկում մեզ հետ՝ ինտեգրացիան, երկրորդ թեմա չի քննարկում։ Տարբեր տեղերից ասում են՝ գնանք համոզենք։ Փորձել եմ, ընկերներ, երկու տարի փորձել եմ։ Եթե որևէ մեկը գտնում է, որ ես վատ բանակցող եմ եղել, [ապա] վերջին փուլում չեմ բանակցել, ես չեմ գնացել։ Այդ բանակցությունները արդյունք չեն տալիս, որովհետև վերջում գալիս ասում են՝ էս է մեր նպատակը։
Մենակ մեզ չեն ասում, այդ օրակարգը ասում են ՄԱԿ-ում, ասում են երեկ և այսօր՝ Բլինկեն-Միրզոյան-Բայրամով հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Ադրբեջանը մեզ ասում է՝ առաջին կետ՝ պաշտպանության բանակը լուծարել։ Պիտի լուծարենք, հետո գնանք հանդիպման։ Հերթականությունն ասեմ՝ գնում եք հայտարարում՝ բանակը լուծարել եք, պետական կառավարման համակարգը լուծարում եք։ Հազիվ ստեղծում են համայնքային ընտրությունների մեխանիզմ, որից հետո գազը կտան, հոսանքը կտան և ճանապարհով կթողնեն գնալ-գալ։
Եվ պարզ է, թե ինչպես են թողնելու՝ որպես Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի։ Ես դեմ չեմ բանակցություններին, ես դեմ չեմ հանդիպումերին։ Ամենաշատ կողմը ես եմ եղել և ամենաշատ հանդիպումները ես եմ իրականացրել։ Մենք պիտի գիտակցենք, որ ունենալու ենք խնդիրներ, հաղթահարելի է այդ ամենը, ժողովուրդ, երկու բան ունենք անելու՝ ինքնապաշտպանություն և դիմարողականության բարձրացում։ Այդ առումով ի՞նչ ենք արել և ի՞նչ պիտի անենք, եթե ցանկություն լինի, առանձին կքննարկենք»։
