Իշխանությունը պնդում է, թե Հայաստանն առաջատար երկրներից է արևային համակարգերի տեղադրման ցուցանիշներով

Հայաստանն աշխարհում առաջատար երկրներից է արևային համակարգերի տեղադրման ցուցանիշներով։ Նման հավակնոտ հայտարարություն կառավարության նիստում արել է Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ մենք արդեն ատոմակայանի հզորությունից ավել տեղադրված արևային պանելներ ունենք և դա արագ տեմպերով զարգանում է։
Ըստ նախարարի՝ ոլորտն այնքան արագ է զարգանում, որ էներգետիկ համակարգի գործընկերներն առաջարկում են տեմպի արագությունն էներգոհամակարգի հետ բալանսի բերել։ Նախարարը նաև նշել է, որ նման զարգացմանը նպաստել են կառավարության կողմից իրականացված վերականգնվող էներգետիկային և էներգաարդյունավետությանը նպաստող ծրագրերը։
Այն, որ Հայաստանը վերջին տարիներին զգալիորեն ավելացրել է արևային վահանակների տեղադրումն, որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, միևնույն ժամանակ փորձագետները նշում են, որ տեմպերը չափազանց թույլ են համեմատած այլ երկրների և նույնիսկ մեր երկրի հնարավորությունների հետ։ Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է մինչև 2030 թվականն արտադրվող ամբողջ էներգիայի 15 %-ը ստանալ արևից։ Թեև փորձագետները նշում են, որ դա չափազանց անլուրջ ծրագիր է, քանի որ այս տեմպերով մինչև 2025 թվականն է հնարավոր հասնել այդ ցուցանիշին։
Իրականում Հայաստանը բավարար քաղաքական կամք և հնարավորություններ ներդնելու պարագայում 2030 թվականին կարող է ընդհուպ մինչև 30%-ը հասցնել այդ ցուցանիշն, ուստի նախարարի այս հավակնոտ հայտարարությունները թեև մոտ են իրականությանը, սակայն ամենևին էլ գործող իշխանությունների շնորհիվ չեն, այլ բազմաթիվ ընկերությունների, որոնք Հայաստանում իրականացնում են արևային վահանակների տեղադրում։
Խնդիրը բարդանում է նրանով, որ մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը»։ Թեպետ, եթե իշխանություններն իսկապես ունենային ցանկություն զարգացնելու արևային էներգետիկան, բազմաթիվ այլ ընկերությունների հնարավորություններ, սուբսիդիաներ կտրամադրեին տեղում ոչ միայն արևային վահանակներ, այլև մարտկոցներ արտադրելու, ինչպես նաև էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքներն արևային էներգիային համապատասխանեցնելու համար։
