Արցախին պետք է աջակցել, ոչ թե՝ օգտագործել որպես վահան

Ստացվում է, որ հայ ժողովրդի, նրա էլիտաների միակ հույսը արցախահայության վճռականությունն է. թե´ Հայաստանը, թե´ հայկական աշխարհը պասիվ դիտորդի դերում են։
Ավելին, նույնիսկ գերտերությունները, որոնք ունեն հստակ շահեր, իրենց հույսը դրել են տոտալ շրջափակման և ադրբեջանական գնդակոծության տակ ապրող արցախահայության վրա։
Մենք մոռանում ենք, որ 120 հազար հայությունը սովորական մարդիկ են և, ինչպես ցանկացած մարդ, մի պահի կարող են այլևս չունենալ «պատմական վճռականությունը»՝ ողջ ժողովրդի, պետության և գերտերությունների փոխարեն դիմադրելու։
Ինչո՞ւ ենք բացառում այդ սցենարը։
Իսկ հիմա պատկերացրեք, թե ինչ կլինի դրանից հետո։
Դառնալու ենք մարդկության առաջ ստորացված, անարժանապատիվ ժողովուրդ և հավիտյանս ապրելու ենք այնպես, ինչպես նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո ընկած շրջանում, երբ աշխարհով մեկ հարգված հայերը ամաչում էին (կամ վախենում) փողոց ու մարդամեջ դուրս գալ։
Հայաստանը փլվելու է դոմինոյի պես. դա լինելու է պետականության անկառավարելի փլուզում։ Էլ չեմ խոսում իշխանության մասին։
Ռուսները տարածաշրջանից վտարվելու են հաշվված ամիսների ընթացքում, որովհետև չեն ունենալու որևէ լեգիտիմ բարոյական հիմնավորում, թե ինչո´ւ են իրենք Հայաստանում։
Իրենց տունը պահող 4 արցախցիների սպանությունը մնաց փոքր Արցախի թեման ու ողբերգությունը։ Զախարովան կողմերին կոչ արեց զսպվածության, իսկ Երևանը շարունակեց իր զվարթ կենցաղը։
Հետևաբար, չունենալու համար անդառնալի պատմական ողբերգություն, կտրուկ պետք է փոխել հարցի շեշտադրումները, մթնոլորտը։ Մենք այդ բեկման ռեսուրսը ունենք։ Մնում է ճիշտ բովանդակություն և ճիշտ մենեջմենթ։
Ճիշտ մենեջմենթը ենթադրում է կիրառական հնարավորությունների ստեղծում՝ Արցախին օգնելու համար։ Այն պետք է լուծի երկու հարց.
ա/ սրել Արցախին օգնելու ցանկությունը մարդկանց մեջ,
բ/ ցույց տալ մարդկանց իրենց հստակ անելիքը՝ Արցախին օգնելու համար, որպեսզի օգնելու ցանկություն ունեցող յուրաքանչյուր ոք իմանա, թե ինչ կարող է անել ինքը՝ աշխարհի որ ծայրում էլ լինի։
