«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
tsargrad.tv-ն «Հայաստանը 97 % բացասական տեղեկություններ է տալիս Ռուսաստանի մասին. փորձագետը՝ ամերիկյան միլիարդների պտուղների մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ քաղաքագետ Արման Ղուկասյանը, վերլուծելով Հայաստանի առաջատար լրատվամիջոցների օրակարգը, եկել է այն եզրակացության, որ նրանք օբյեկտիվ տեղեկատվություն չեն տրամադրում ռուսհայկական հարաբերությունների մասին: Այս տարվա մայիսին Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստինա Քուինը հայտարարել է, որ ամերիկյան ներդրումները հայկական մեդիա ոլորտում հասել են 17,3 մլն դոլարի։ Նշված գումարի մեծ մասը, այն է՝ 15 մլն դոլար, ուղղվել է «Մեդիա ծրագիր Հայաստանում» նախագծի իրականացմանը։
Այդ նախաձեռնության նպատակը, ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների, լրագրողական չափանիշների և ապատեղեկատվական արշավների նկատմամբ դիմակայության բարձրացումն է։ Սակայն իրականում, ըստ փորձագետների, ամերիկացիների հիմնական խնդիրն է նվազեցնել Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում և խաթարել նրա հեղինակությունը։ Քաղաքագետ Արման Ղուկասյանն այդ թեմայով ուսումնասիրություն է կատարել և պարզել, որ Հայաստանի 6 առաջատար տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսները, այդ թվում՝ «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանը, հիմնականում բացասական լուրեր են հաղորդում Ռուսաստանի մասին։ Դա բխում է վիճակագրությունից. հունիսին հրապարակվել է ընդամենը 7 դրական և 188 բացասական լուր։
Որակական բովանդակային վերլուծությունը նաև ցույց է տալիս, որ գործնականում չկա օբյեկտիվ տեղեկատվություն Ղարաբաղում ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների և խաղաղապահների մասին։ Բացի այդ, ինչպես նշել է փորձագետը, վերջին ամիսներին արևմտամետ լրատվամիջոցները կտրուկ ակտիվացրել են հակառուսական քարոզչությունը, ինչը բացատրվում է հատկացված դրամաշնորհով։ Ելնելով դրանից՝ Ղուկասյանը հետևյալ եզրակացությունն է արել. «...Կարելի է փաստել, որ այսօր հայ հանրությունն իր ճնշող մեծամասնությամբ զրկված է իրական վիճակի մասին տեղեկություն ստանալու հնարավորությունից»։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ավելորդ չէր լինի նշել, որ ԱՄՆ-ի ջանքերը նկատելի են ոչ միայն այդ ուղղությամբ։ Նրանք նաև փորձում են իրենց խաղաղության պայմանները պարտադրել տարածաշրջանի երկրներին։
