Հուլիսի 1-ից միկրոբիզնեսի դաշտում աշխատող գործատուներն արդեն 5000 դրամի փոխարեն 20% եկամտային հարկ կվճարեն յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակցի համար։

Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի անդամ Սամսոն Գրիգորյանը․

«Հուլիսի 1-ից միկրոբիզնեսի դաշտում աշխատող գործատուներն արդեն 5000 դրամի փոխարեն 20% եկամտային հարկ կվճարեն յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակցի համար։

Միկրոբիզնեսի հարկման այսքան խինդ ու հրճվանքով, պոպուլիզմով ներդրված դաշտը դարձավ հերթական պայթած փուչիկը։ Իշխանությունները սա բացատրում են ստվերի աճով։

Սակայն ոչինչ չի խոսվում այդ ստվերի դեմ պայքարի համար պետբյուջեից անխնա ֆինանսավորվող կառույցների ամուլության մասին։ Ստացվում է, մշտապես ոչ կոմպետենտ պատկան մարմինների փոխարեն, նորից պատասխան է տալու ՀՀ քաղաքացին և տնտեսվարողը։

Ի սկզբանե համակարգը ներդրվեց՝ ավիրելով ընտիր կայացած Ընտանեկան Բիզնես հասկացությունը, բազմաթիվ հրաշալի առաջարկները անտեսելով։ Դրանցից մեկի մասին շատ էի խոսել ժամանակին՝ առաջարկելով թեթև արդյունաբերության կայացման և զարգացման համար, ոլորտում ներգրավված աշխատակիցներին հարկել ընդամենը 5.000 դրամով։ Սա կնպաստեր, որ սոցիալական ծրագրերի շահառու քաղաքացիներին բերեինք աշխատունակ քաղաքացիների խումբ, ապահովեինք նրանց համար ավելի մեծ եկամուտ, ազատեինք պետությունը խոշոր բեռից և Հայաստանում զարգացնեինք թեթև արդյունաբերությունը։

Բայց... այստեղ, ինչպես միշտ, ստացվեց «ինչպես միշտ», այսինքն, նորից ունեցանք իշխանության ձախողած ծրագիր»։
