Առաջիկա ամառը կարող է թեժ լինել Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբի համար՝ շնորհիվ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության։ ԿՀԸ-ն արդեն հաստատել է «Հայաքվեի» դիմումը և հանրաքվե անցկացնելու համար համապատասխան ստորագրություններ հավաքելու ժամկետ նշանակել։

Ըստ էության նախաձեռնության էությունը կայանում է Արցախի ինքնորոշման մերժումը քրեկանացնելը։ Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություն իրականացնելու այս նախաձեռնության ծանր պատիժ է նախատեսվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչող և Հայոց ցեղասպանության նշանակությունը նսեմացնող գործողությունների համար։

Ակնհայտ է, որ նախաձեռնությունն ուղղված է առաջին հերթին փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դեմ, ուստի ինչպես և սպասելի էր գործող իշխանությունները վարչական ռեսուրսների լայն կիրառմամբ ամեն ինչ անում են «Հայաքվեի» նախաձեռնությունը վարկաբեկելու, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան ստորագրությունների քանակն ապահովելուն խոչընդոտելու համար։ Գործի են դրվել ինչպես տեղական իշխանության մարմիններն, այնպես էլ կեղծ քարոզչությունների իրականացում, ընդհուպ մի քանի տարբեր կառույցներ իշխանության հրահանգով ստորագրահավաքներ են իրականացնելու՝ փորձելով այլ կերպ շեղել հանրությանը։

Երեկ իրենց առջև ծառացած խոչընդոտների մասին է հայտնել հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը՝ մասնավորապես նշելով, որ մի շարք համայնքապետարաններ Երևանում հրաժարվում են համապատասխան տարածք տրամադրել։ Թերևս միակ քաղաքական ուժը, որ հստակ հայտարարել է նախաձեռնությանն աջակցելու մասին, նաև իր ղեկավարած համայնքներում աջակցում է ստորագրահավաքի իրականացմանը ՝ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունն է։ Կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը նշել է, թե Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի լուծման միակ արդյունավետ ճանապարհն «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը տեսնում է ժողովրդի վստահությամբ իրականացվող ամբողջական իշխանափոխության միջոցով, ինչի մասին կուսակցությունը պարբերաբար հայտնել է։

Միևնույն ժամանակ ողջունում և աջակցում են Արցախին նվիրված ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն, որը կարող է վերահաստատվել հայ ժողովրդի հստակ դիրքորոշումն Արցախի հարցով, այն է՝ Արցախը չի լինելու Ադրբեջանի կազմում։ Կուսակցությունը Նոյեմբերյան, Ալավերդի, Տաթև համայնքներում որպես իշխանություն օրենքի շրջանակներում լիակատար աջակցում է նախաձեռնությանն, իսկ համայնքային թիմերը պատրաստ են աջակցել ստորագրությունների հավաքման մասով։
