Արցախի ԱԳ նախարարությունը ողջունել է ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսում «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի պաշտպանությունը» խորագրով լսումները

Արցախի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը մեկնաբանել է ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսի Թոմ Լանթոսի անվան մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովում «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի պաշտպանությունը» խորագրով լսումների կապակցությամբ։
Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը ողջունել է «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի պաշտպանությունը» խորագրով լսումները, որոնք կազմակերպվել են հունիսի 22-ին ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի Թոմ Լանթոսի անվան մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովում:
«Խորը երախտագիտություն ենք հայտնում լսումների բոլոր կազմակերպիչներին և մասնակիցներին, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսականներ Քրիս Սմիթին, Ջեյմս ՄըքԳավերնին, Ադամ Շիֆին, Ֆրենք Փալլոին, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ նախկին դեսպան Ջոն Էվանսին` Ադրբեջանի անօրինական և ռազմատենչ նկրտումների մասին տեղեկացվածության բարձրացմանն ու Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված ջանքերի համար: Առանձին ուշադրության է արժանի այն հանգամանքը, որ ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսականներն իրենց ելույթներում կոչ են արել ԱՄՆ ղեկավարությանը գործադրել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները՝ ապահովելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքացիական բնակչության պաշտպանությունը, կանխելու հետագա լարվածությունը, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել նոր պատերազմների ու նոր հանցագործությունների»,- նշել է Արցախի դիվանագիտական գերատեսչությունը։
«Համոզված ենք, որ նման ձևաչափով լսումների անցկացումը կարևոր քայլ է և՛ քաղաքական, և՛ բարոյական տեսանկյուններից, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի ծավալապաշտական և ռազմատենչ քաղաքականությունը լուրջ մարտահրավեր ու սպառնալիք է ոչ միայն հայ ժողովրդի և հայոց պետականության, այլ նաև՝ տարածաշրջանային կայունության և ընդհանրապես քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի համար։
Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում նաև ԱՄՆ մեր բարեկամներին՝ անսասան և սկզբունքային դիրքորոշման համար, ինչպես նաև հույս հայտնում, որ նման լսումների անցկացումը Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների՝ հաջորդ շաբաթ Վաշինգտոնում կայանալիք հանդիպման նախօրեին կարևոր ազդակ կարող է դառնալ Արցախի ժողովրդի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման և անվտանգային ու հումանիտար բնագավառներում առկա մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման համար»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
