Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները, ովքեր բոլոր ամբիոններից գոչում են Բանակի հանդեպ իրենց «սրտացավ» վերաբերմունքի, Բանակն իբրև թե «արդիականանցնելու ու վերազինելու» իրենց «ծրագրերի» մասին՝ նախաձեռնել են ՀՀ ՊՆ պատկանող թվով 71 անուն գույքի՝ վաճառքի հանելու գործընթացը: Դրանց թվում են զորամասերի շենքեր և տարածքներ, բուժվարչության շենք-շինություններ, մայրաքաղաքում և այլ վայրերում գտնվող զորանոցային և այլ հողատարածքներ, շինություններ և այլն։
 
Որպես հիմնավորում նշվել է նաև, որ հաշվի առնելով պատերազմի արդյունքներով նյութատեխնիկական մեծ կորուստները, և դրանց համալրման համար պահանջվող ֆինանսական ռեսուրսների սահմանափակ լինելը, ՊՆ նպատակահարմար է գտել նշված 71 անվանում գույքը շուկայական արժեքներով օտարելու և այդ միջոցներն ուղղելու ռազմական կարիքներին։
 
Ս.թ. հունիսի 22-ին կառավարության հերթական նիստի չզեկուցվող հարցերով, ՊՆ-ին պատկանող ևս 6 անուն գույք հանվել է վաճառքի` կադաստրային արժեքի նվազագույն գներով, որն ինչպես հայտնի է շուկայական գներից ցածր են: Ընդ որում, նշված անշարժ գույքերը գտնվում են Երևան քաղաքի կենտրոնական հատվածներում: Նիկոլի տխրահռչակ կառավարությունն անում է մի բան, որի համար արդեն կան իր կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործել և ձերբակալված պաշտոնաթող զինվորականներ:
 
Նախ եթե Նիկոլի կառավարությունը չունի փողի խնդիր, և իր ասելով, իբրև թե ոչինչ չի խնայել Բանակի համար, ապա ինչու՞ է անցել ՊՆ գույքը վաճառելուն` հիմնավորելով Բանակի կարիքները:
 
Երկրորդ` ապագա կառավարությունն իրավունք ունի՞ քրեական գործեր հարուցելու այն անձանց և սուբյեկտների նկատմամբ, ովքեր այսօր ձեռք կբերեն շուկայականից ցածր գնով վաճառքի հանված Բանակի անշարժ գույքը:
 
Երրորդ` ինչո՞ւ է ընտրվել գույքերն օտարելու համար կադաստրային նվազագույն արժեքը, ի՞նչ մեխանիզմով է կայանալու վաճառքը, և ինչպե՞ս է հանրությունը տեղեկանալու, թե ովքեր են տվյալ գույքերը ձեռքբերողները: Հատկապես, որ ըստ մամուլում շրջանառվող լուրերի, ՔՊ-ական վերնախավն ակտիվորեն տեղավորվում է բիզնես դաշտում` բնականաբար օգտվելով (չարաշահելով) պաշտոնեական իրենց դիրքերից և ազդեցության լծակներից:
