Ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում գտնվող մեկ տարեկան երեխան, որին ռուս խաղաղապահների միջոցով  Արցախից ուղղաթիռով Հայաստան են տեղափոխել այսօր կեսօրին, ընդունվել է «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիր: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Արաբկիր» բժշկական կենտրոնը։

«Նշենք, որ երեխան Ստեփանակերտի «Արեւիկ» մանկական հանրապետական հիվանդանոց էր ընդունվել մի քանի օր առաջ՝ տոնզիլիտով եւ ցանով, ընդունվելուց մի քանի օր հետո բժիշկները փոքրիկի մոտ նկատել են քնկոտություն եւ տարօրինակ, ակամա շարժումներ: Նրանք կապ են հաստատել «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրի նյարդաբանության եւ էպիլեպտոլոգիայի ծառայության իրենց գործընկերների հետ՝ մասնագիտական խորհրդատվության նպատակով: Արցախում այս պահին մանկական նյարդաբաններ չկան եւ մասնագիտական մշտական կապը «Արաբկիր» բժիշկների հետ պահպանվում է հեռահար կապի հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով: 

Մի քանի տեսազանգերից եւ հեռակա դիտարկումներից հետո որոշվել է, որ պետք է անպայման մագնիսառեզոնանսային տոմոգրաֆիա կատարել, քանի որ կասկած էր առաջացել, որ վիրուսը ներթափանցել է նյարդային համակարգ, ախտահարել գլխուղեղը՝ առաջացնելով վիրուսային էնցեֆալիտ: Արցախի բժշկների թիմը հրատապ կազմակերպել է հետազոտությունն ու ախտորոշումը հաստատվել է:

Սակայն հետագա ավելի մանրամասն ախտորոշումը, որը կպարզեր, թե կոնկրետ որ վիրուսն է առաջացրել այդ խնդիրը, հնարավոր չի եղել, քանի որ Արցախի ճանապարհն արդեն մեկ շաբաթից ավել է՝ ամբողջովին փակ է, իսկ հատուկ վիրուսային այդ թեստերն արվում են միայն Հայաստանում: Բուժումը նույնպես հնարավոր չէ կազմակերպել Արցախում, քանի որ այս պահին Ստեփանակերտում չկան բավարար քանակի անհրաժեշտ դեղեր:

Երեխայի առողջական վիճակը փաստացիորեն վտանգված էր, հատկապես այն պարագայում, որ ՄՌՏ-ով բացահայտվել է մեկ այլ լուրջ խնդիր եւս. բացի բորբոքումից երեխայի ուղեղում նկատվել է նաեւ արյունազեղում: Արցախի բժիշկները հրատապ եւ անձնվիրաբար արել են հնարավոր առավելագույնը՝ երեխայի վիճակը վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում կառավարելու համար, սակայն այն, այնուամենայնիվ, օր օրի ծանրացել է, պարզ է դարձել, որ այդ ծանրությամբ երեխան չի կարող կառավարվել շրջափակված Ստեփանակերտում, պետք է նրան տեղափոխել Երեւան: Տեղափոխման կազմակերպումը ձգվել է եւս 24 ժամ, որի ընթացքում երեխայի վիճակն ավելի է վատացել, նրա մոտ սկսվել են ցնցումներ եւ նշանակվել է հակացնցումային դեղորայք:

Երեխան ուղղաթիռով Արցախից տեղափոխվել է Սիսիան: Սիսիանից Երեւան նրան տեղափոխել է «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրի ռեանիմացիայի եւ ինտենսիվ թերապիայի բաժանմունքի թիմը՝ հատուկ կահավորված ռեանիմոբիլով: Այս պահին փոքրիկը գտնվում է հետազոտության փուլում՝ նախապես դրված ախտորոշումն ավելի հստակեցնելու եւ բուժման հետագա տակտիկան որոշելու համար»,- այս մասին ասվում է «Արաբկիր» բժշկական կենտրոնի հայտարարությունում։
