2023թ. հունիսի 15-ից Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող ճանապարհով նաև հումանիտար բեռնափոխադրումները դադարեցնելուց հետո ոմանք սկսել են կեղծ տեղեկություններ տարածելով հանրության մոտ խուճապային տրամադրություններ ստեղծել: Օրինակ, բամբասանքներ են տարածվում իբր ալյուրի եռօրյա պաշարի և առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների լրիվ բացակայության մասին, հաղորդում է ԱՀ պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը․

«Որքան էլ տարբեր ապրանքատեսակների մասով առկա է զգալի սղություն՝ պայմանավորված վեցամսյա շրջափակմամբ ու խիստ սահմանափակ բեռնափոխադրումներով, այնուամենայնիվ, հայտարարում ենք, որ հիշյալ պնդումներն իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում և կեղծ են: Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը տևական ժամանակ ձեռնարկել է հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցները բնակչության ընթացիկ կարիքները հոգալու և լրացուցիչ մարտահրավերների դիմակայելու նպատակով:

Կառավարության ուշադրության տիրույթում են ոչ միայն ժողովրդի առօրեական խնդիրները, այլև գործադիր իշխանության պատասխանատվության շրջանակներում գտնվող հնարավոր ապագա ռիսկերը: Հետևաբար, եթե կառավարությունն անցել է ունեցած միջոցների խնայողական օգտագործման, ապա դա չի նշանակում, որ միջոցներն ընդհանրապես չկան կամ եղած հնարավորությունների սահմաններում պետությունն անպատրաստ է: Իրականացված ջանքերի շնորհիվ՝ առաջին անհրաժեշտության մի շարք ապրանքատեսակների (այդ թվում՝ ալյուրի) մասով Արցախն ունի ինքնաբավության բավարար մակարդակ:

Մյուս կողմից, այո՛, հյուծող շրջափակման ու խիստ սահմանափակ մատակարարումների պայմաններում հնարավոր չէ լրիվությամբ խուսափել լիակատար շրջափակման բացասական հետևանքներից, և կառավարությունը հնարավորինս անելու է Արցախի բնակչության վրա դրանց ազդեցությունը մեղմելու ուղղությամբ:

Քննադատության մոլուցքով տարված ու մեր հայրենակիցների նյարդերը չխնայող մարդիկ մոռանում են, որ իրենց հայտարարած մի քանի օրն անցնելու է, և հացի խնդիր չառաջանալու դեպքում ստիպված են լինելու այլ զեղծարարությունների դիմել»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
