Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Կապան քաղաքի բնակչին առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:
Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ իրականացված քննչական եւ վարութային անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի էական հանգամանքները, այդ թվում ՝ շարժառիթը:
Մասնավորապես՝ քննությամբ պարզվել եւ հիմնավորվել է, որ 2023 թվականի հունվարի 8-ին՝ ժամը 15:00-ի սահմաններում, Կապան քաղաքի 30-ամյա բնակիչը նույն քաղաքում բնակվող 52-ամյա հորեղբոր կողմից իր եւ իր հոր հասցեին հնչեցված սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքների շարժառիթով, նրան առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանելու դիտավորությամբ, նախ կոտրել է նրա ձախ ձեռքի մատները, այնուհետեւ տարբեր իրերով եւ առարկաներով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս գլխին, եւ մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով բազմաթիվ մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Այնուհետեւ, երբ տուժողը մահամերձ վիճակում պառկած է եղել անկողնում, կրակայրիչով մի քանի տեղից այրել է վերմակը, որից 10-15 րոպե անց մարել է այն:
