«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրերս տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ-ում գործունեություն ծավալող մի քանի տասնյակ փաստաբանների բողոքի երթը, որը կապված էր փաստաբանների նկատմամբ արդեն որերորդ անգամ կիրառվող բռնությունների, ի մասնավորի՝ ոստիկանության բաժնում հունիսի 7-ին փաստաբան Կարեն Ալավերդյանին ոստիկանության մի խումբ ծառայողների կողմից ծեծի ենթարկելու, նրա նկատմամբ ձեռնաշղթաներ ու արցունքաբեր գազ կիրառելու հանգամանքով (ի դեպ, այս ամենից հետո Ալավերդյանը ձերբակալվել է և խուզարկության ենթարկվել)։ Փաստաբանները պալատի վարչական շենքից շարժվել և իրենց բողոքի ձայնն են բարձրացրել Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության գրասենյակի դիմաց:
Ի դեպ, այս «հասցեի» ընտրությունը հատկանշական էր եվրոպացի գործընկերներին իրազեկելու առումով, որ ՀՀ դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների ֆինանսավորման համար հատկացվող ԵՄ միջոցներն ուղղվում են փաստաբանների նկատմամբ բռնարարքներին։ Զուգահեռ՝ նույն օրը հայտնի դարձավ նաև, որ երկու ամսով կալանավորվել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, որի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանք կիրառելու պատճառաբանությունը, իրավաբանների որակմամբ, զավեշտալի հիմնավորում ուներ։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ թե՛ փաստաբանների երթը, թե՛ Աշոտյանի կալանավորումը բավական լուրջ արձագանք է ստացել միջազգային հարթակներում։
Ինչպես փոխանցում է թերթի դիվանագիտական աղբյուրը, այս իրադարձությունները ԵԽԽՎ-ում և միջազգային մի քանի այլ կառույցներում լուրջ քննարկման առիթ են դարձել, և նշված թեմաների վերաբերյալ սպասվում են հայտարարություններ, որտեղ եվրոպացիները պատրաստվում են հանգամանալից ներկայացնել իրենց մոտեցումները տեղի ունեցող հակաժողովրդավարական գործընթացների վերաբերյալ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ էլ Դատավորների եվրոպական միությունն էր բավական կոշտ հայտարարություն տարածել՝ մասնավորաբար մտահոգություն հայտնելով Հայաստանի դատական համակարգում տիրող վիճակի հետ կապված և դատապարտելով ԲԴԽ-ի ու արդարադատության նախարարության գործունեության մի շարք ասպեկտներ:
