Ուկրաինացիներն ունեն բարձր մարտունակություն. ԱՄՆ պաշտպանության նախարար

Մոտ հիսուն երկրների ռազմական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներ հինգշաբթի ՆԱՏՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում մասնակցել են Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության գծով կոնտակտային խմբի հերթական հանդիպմանը՝ քննարկելու հակահարձակման մեկնարկից հետո առաջացած Կիևի կարիքները: Հաղորդում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»։
ԱՄՆ պաշտպանության նախարար Լլոյդ Օսթինը Ուկրաինայում ընթացող մարտերն անվանել է երկարաժամկետ աջակցության կարիք ուեցող «մարաթոն», ոչ թե ավարտին մոտեցող «սպրինտ»:
Ուկրաինական հակահարձակման առաջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում խոցված ռուսական տանկերն ընկած են ազատագրված գյուղերից մեկի երկայնքով։ Ռուսաստանն իր հերթին ցուցադրել է Ուկրաինային պատկանող խոցված ամերիկյան զրահատեխնիկան։
«Մարտական կորուստները կշարունակվեն: Կարծում եմ, ռուսական կողմը մոտ հազար անգամ ցույց է տվել այդ նույն [խոցված] հինգ մեքենաները՝ տարբեր կողմերից։ Անկեղծ ասած, ուկրաինացիներն ունեն բարձր մարտունակություն»,- ասել է Լլոյդ Օսթինը:
ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգը գովասանքի խոսքեր է հնչեցրել ուկրաինացիների հասցեին՝ Ռուսաստանի բռնազավթած տարածքների մի մասը այս շաբաթ ազատագրելու ժամանակ ցուցաբերած խիզախության համար:
«Ամիսներ շարունակ Ուկրաինային ցուցաբերվող ՆԱՏՕ-ի աջակցությունը, իրականում, փոփոխում իրավիճակը մարտի դաշտում»,- հայտարարել է նա:
Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության գծով կոնտակտային խմբի մի քանի անդամներ լրացուցիչ զինամթերք են խոստացել ուկրաինական հակաօդային պաշտպանությանը՝ խաղաղ բնակիչներին ռուսական հրթիռային հարձակումներից պաշտպանելու համար:
Դանիան ու Նիդեռլանդները հայտարարել են, որ «F-16»-ների ուկրաինացի օդաչուների երկար սպասված վերապատրաստումը կսկսվի այս ամառ։ ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյաներն «Ամերիկայի Ձայն»-ին փոխանցել են, որ սկզբում դաշնակիցները կպատրաստեն մոտ երկու տասնյակ ուկրաինացի օդաչուների՝ հավելելով, սակայն, որ այն չի նշանակում, թե «F-16»-ները շուտով կհայտնվեն Ուկրաինայում:
«Դեռ շատ աշխատանք կա անելու։ Պետք է լեզվի ուսուցում կատարեք, պետք է անցնեք օդաչուների ուսուցում, պետք է տեղադրեք բոլոր համակարգերը, այնպես որ, անիվները շարժման մեջ են, բայց դեռ հեռու ենք այս նախագիծը ավարտին հասցնելուց»,- ասել է ԱՄՆ Զինված ուժերի շտաբների պետերի միացյալ կոմիտեի ղեկավար, գեներալ Մարկ Միլլին։
Ռազմական վերլուծաբանները բարձր են գնահատում եվրոպական երկրների ջանքերը, որպեսզի Ուկրաինային միջնաժամկետ կամ երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում ձեռք բերի արևմտյան կործանիչներ, քանզի ուկրաինական օդուժի ռուսական արտադրության կործանիչները խոցվում են կամ հին են:
Ոմանք քննադատում են Բայդենի վարչակազմին՝ կործանիչների գծով որոշումն ուշ կայացնելու համար:
«Նրանք լուրջ մարդիկ են, ովքեր փորձում են լուրջ որոշումներ կայացնել՝ ճիշտ հաշվարկներ անելով: Բայց երբ այդ անում եք, թանկագին ժամանակ է անցնում, և մարդիկ զոհվում են մարտի դաշտում»,- ընդգծել է Բրեդլի Բոումենը՝ Ժողովրդավարությունների պաշտպանության հիմնադրամից:
Ուկրաինական զինուժի ղելավարությունը հույս ունի շարունակել ճնշումը ռուսական ուժերի նկատմամբ, որոնք նախորդ ամիսներն զբաղված էին պաշտպանության ամրապնդմամբ:
