ԱՄՆ պետական պարտքը 30 տարվա ընթացքում կարող է նոր ռեկորդ գրանցել

ԱՄՆ պետական պարտքը 30 տարում կարող է երկու անգամ գերազանցել երկրի ՀՆԱ-ն։ Այս մասին Lente.ru-ին հայտնել է տնտեսական գիտությունների թեկնածու, ֆինանսական փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Գրիգորիևը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ իր կանխատեսման մեջ նա օգտագործել է սկզբնական աղբյուրը՝ ԱՄՆ-ի կարճաժամկետ, միջնաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ պլանավորումը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, 2023 թվականի կանխատեսմամբ ԱՄՆ պետական պարտքը ՀՆԱ-ի նկատմամբ եղել է 126 տոկոսի մակարդակում, թեև այժմ այդ ցուցանիշը շատ ավելի բարձր է։
«Եթե նայեք Կոնգրեսի համապատասխան հանձնաժողովի կայքը, ապա մինչև 2053 թվականը երկարաժամկետ կանխատեսմամբ պարտքի չափը թույլատրվում է ՀՆԱ-ի 195 տոկոսի չափով։ Ամերիկացի քաղաքական գործիչները ենթադրում են, որ պարտքը կարող է երկու անգամ գերազանցել երկրի ՀՆԱ-ն»,- պարզաբանել է տնտեսագետը:
Նա հավելել է, որ պարտքի մակարդակը կարող է հասնել 42 և նույնիսկ 52 տրիլիոն դոլարի: Պարզապես բոլոր ցուցանիշները կախված կլինեն ՀՆԱ-ից։
Ավելի վաղ The New York Times-ը գրել էր, որ պետական պարտքն առաջին անգամ գերազանցել է 32 տրիլիոն դոլարը՝ ընդգծելով երկրի անհանգստացնող ֆինանսական հետագիծը, երբ Վաշինգտոնը պատրաստվում է նոր պետական ծախսերի:
Մինչ այս, Միացյալ Նահանգների Կոնգրեսի Սենատը հավանություն էր տվել օրինագծին, որը կբարձրացնի պետական պարտքի առաստաղը՝ երկրում դեֆոլտը կանխելու համար։
