«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ Հակակոռոպցիոն դատարանը բավարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության պահանջը և որոշում կայացրեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանին կալանավորելու մասին: Հազվադեպ է լինում, որ ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ հասարակական շրջանակների, հանրային հարթակներում ակտիվ ու ամենատարբեր գաղափարաքաղաքական կողմնորոշումներ ներկայացնող գործիչների տեսակետներն ու գնահատականներն այդքան միարժեք ու նույնանման լինեն: Արմեն Աշոտյանին ձերբակալելու, ապա և՝ նրան կալանավորելու մասին իշխանությունների որոշումն այդ հազվագյուտ դեպքերից է:
Իսկ գնահատականները, որ հնչեցվում են վերջին երկու օրերին, ընդհանրական առումով հանգում են հետևյալ բնորոշմանը. Արմեն Աշոտյանը քաղաքական բանտարկյալ է: Իրավաբանները նշում են, որ նրան կալանավորելու համար իշխանության ներկայացրած փաստարկները, մեղմ ասած, խախուտ են ու զավեշտական: Բայց դա մի առանձին խոսակցության նյութ է: Հիմնականի մասին. Արմեն Աշոտյանի ձերբակալությունը և հաջորդած կալանավորումը հուշում են մի քանի ակնհայտություններ, որոնց մասին, ի դեպ, շատերն են բարձրաձայնում:
Առաջին. իշխանությունը, ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, պատրաստվում է կատարել այնպիսի քայլ, որը բուռն արձագանքների տեղիք է տալու, ուստի դրանից առաջ նրա իշխանությունն անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում առնվազն չեզոքացնել (ազատազրկել) իր առավել անհաշտ քաղաքական հակառակորդներին (այստեղ, ի դեպ-ով հավելենք, որ ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ սպասվող նոր ճնշումների մասին գրել էինք դեռ 1-1,5 ամիս առաջ):
Երկրորդ. Արմեն Աշոտյանի ձերբակալությունը և հաջորդած կալանավորումը հստակ քաղաքական պատվեր են իշխանության կողմից, որին ենթակա դատարանն այն պարզապես դակել է:
Երրորդ. կասկածից վեր է, որ Արմեն Աշոտյանի նկատմամբ քաղաքական հետապնդումը պայմանավորված է նրա գերակտիվությամբ՝ ինչպես Արցախի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի անվտանգության հետ կապված հարցերում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած «քաղաքականությունն» ու դրա նպատակները հետևողականորեն, կարելի է ասել՝ մեթոդաբար մերկացնելով և օրվա իշխանության նկատմամբ արմատապես անհաշտ դիրքորոշմամբ: Այդ թվում՝ «դրսում»:
Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ, մեր տեղեկություններով, Աշոտյանի նկատմամբ իրավական գործիքակազմով քաղաքական ճնշման հետ կապված կոշտ հայտարարություններ են սպասվում մի շարք եվրոպական քաղաքական կազմակերպություններից...
