Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների պատվիրակությանը՝ ՌԴ նախագահի աշխատակազմի արտասահմանյան երկրների հետ միջտարածաշրջանային և մշակութային կապերի վարչության պետ Իգոր Մասլովի գլխավորությամբ, տեղեկանում ենք մարզպետարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից։ 

Պատվիրակության կազմում էին նաև ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանության խորհրդական–դեսպանորդ Մաքսիմ Սելեզնյովը, տարբեր քաղաքների ղեկավարության անդամներ, Երևանում «Մոսկվայի տուն» կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վահրամ Կարապետյանը, այլ պաշտոնյաներ։

Հանդիպմանը ներկա էին նաև «Զանգեզուրի ՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ ղեկավար կազմի անդամները։

Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը ողջունեց պարոն Մասլովի հերթական այցը Սյունիք և, ի թիվս բարձրաձայնած այլ հարցերի, ուշադրություն հրավիրեց Սյունիքի սահմաններին հունիսի 15-ին գրանցված միջադեպի վրա․ «Կարծում եմ՝ երեկ տեղի ունեցածը, մասնավորապես Ադրբեջանի կողմից Կապանի տարածքին անօդաչուով հարվածելը, ուղղված էր հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, որովհետև մարզում ՌԴ-ից այսպիսի մեծ պատվիրակության այցի պարագայում նման բան չպետք է տեղի ունենար․․․»։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են մի շարք հարցեր, որոնք վերաբերում էին կրթական, մշակութային, միջռեգիոնալ կապերի ամրապնդմանն ու համագործակցության խորացմանը, Կապանում ՌԴ հյուպատոսություն բացելու գործընթացին։
