Օտարերկրացիները վաճառում են իրենց անշարժ գույքը Հայաստանում: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՅԴ-ական տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանը:

«Վերջին տարիների ընթացքում բնակարարների գների աննախադեպ աճը նպաստել էր, որ օտարերկրացիները մեծ քանակությամբ անշարժ գույք ձեռք բերեին Հայաստանում։ Սակայն վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում անշարժ գույքի առքուվաճառքի ծավալների անկումը, ինչպես նաև անվտանգությամբ պայմանավորված բացասական սպասումները նպաստել են, որ օտարերկրացիները դեռևս բարձր գներով վաճառեն իրենց անշարժ գույքը, և Հայաստանից դուրս հանեն իրենց գումարները։

Եվ այսպես՝

2023 թվականի ապրիլ ամսին օտարերկրացիները Հայաստանում գնել են 47 բնակարան, որը 2022 թվականի ապրիլի համեմատ պակաս է 41-ով կամ 46,6 տոկոսով։ Այս նույն ժամանակահատվածում նրանք վաճառել են 81 բնակարան։ Ուշագրավ է, որ օտարերկրացիները հատկապես ակտիվ սկսել են վաճառել իրենց հողերը(+14,8%) և անհատական բնակելի տները(+21,%): Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 5,1 տոկոսով ավելի շատ անշարժ գույք են վաճառել։

Հայաստանում անշարժ գույքի հիմնական գնորդները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիներն են։ Ի պատասխան հաճախ հնչող մտահոգությունների՝ Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները Հայաստանում բնակարան կամ այլ անշարժ գույք ձեռք չեն բերում։

Ամփոփելով՝ պետք է արձանագրենք, որ օտարերկրացիները սկսել են անշարժ գույք քիչ գնել և շատ վաճառել»։
