ՀՀԿ ԳՄ ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

Այսօր առավոտյան ձերբակալվել և ՔԿ է ներկայացվել ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը: Տարիներ առաջ հարուցված շինծու քրեական գործն ի սկզբանե Արմեն Աշոտյանին մեկուսացնելու նպատակ է հետապնդել, բայց գործի քաղաքական բնույթն այնքան ակնհայտ էր, որ անգամ Հայաստանի գործող կառավարիչների ուղղակի ղեկավարման տակ գտնվող քննչական մարմինները չէին կարողանում նրան մեկուսացնելու որոշում կայացնել:
Հատկանշական է, որ Արմեն Աշոտյանին ձերբակալելու և կալանավորելու պահանջով դատարան դիմելու որոշումը կայացվել է այս օրերին, երբ Հայաստանի շուրջ արտաքին քաղաքական օղակն օրեցօր ավելի է սեղմվում, ներքաղաքական կյանքում լարվածությունն ավելանում է, իսկ Հայաստանի կառավարիչների հեղինակությունը` տարբեր սոցհարցումների տվյալներով ավելի ու ավելի է գահավիժում:
Ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարիչները նմանատիպ գործողություններով նպատակ ունեն հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղել օրեցօր սրացող ներքին և արտաքին խնդիրներից:
Մենք, վերահաստատելով այս և այլ քաղաքական հետապնդումների առնչությամբ տրված գնահատականները.
. Արձանագրում ենք, որ ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ենթարկվում է քաղաքական հետապնդման, և մեր լիակատար աջակցությունն ենք հայտնում նրան:
. Տեղի ունեցողն ուղղակիորեն համակարգվում է երկրի բարձրագույն իշխանության դե ֆակտո ներկայացուցիչների կողմից:
. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իրավապահ համակարգին և դատական իշխանության կրողներին կոչ ենք անում հրաժարվել կատարել քաղաքական իշխանությունների կողմից տրվող ապօրինի հրահանգները, այլապես իրենք ևս ամբողջությամբ կիսելու են տեղի ունեցող ապօրինությունների պատասխանատվությունը:
. Տևական ժամանակ քննվող քրեական վարույթով ձերբակալված ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործչին ազատությունից զրկելու փաստական հիմքերը ձերբակալումից 4 ժամ անց քննչական մարմինը հարկ չի համարել ներկայացնել հանրությանը, իսկ ներկայացված «հիմնավորումն» առարկայազուրկ է և սնանկ:
. Հրավիրում ենք ժողովրդավարության և մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով զբաղվող կառույցների, օտարերկրյա դեսպանատների ուշադրությունը տեղի ունեցող բացահայտ հակաժողովրդավարական և հակաիրավական գործընթացի վրա:
. Վերահաստատում ենք մեր պատրաստակամությունն օրենքով չարգելված բոլոր միջոցներով Արմեն Աշոտյանի իրավունքներն ու ազատությունը պաշտպանելու:
