Հայաստանը դե՛մ է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ հունիսի 13-ին Թուրքիայի նորընտիր նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը արբանյակ երկրներ կատարած իր շրջագայության շրջանակներում (նախորդ օրը նա այցելել էր Կիպրոսի օկուպացված հատված) այցելել է Բաքու, որտեղ նա և Ալիևը քննարկել են տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման հարցերը։ Ճիշտ է, նրանք դա անվանել են ընդամենը «մտքերի փոխանակում Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի շուտափույթ բացման վերաբերյալ»։ Ալիևը սպառնացել է «ուժեղացնել աշխատանքը այդ ուղղությամբ»։

Էրդողանն աջակցել է ապշերոնյան իր գործընկերոջը՝ նշելով, որ, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացումը կհեշտացնի Թուրքիայի և Նախիջևանի միջև հաղորդակցությունը և ընդհանուր առմամբ կնպաստի Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը։Ավելին, այդ հարցի քննարկումը և «այդ ուղղությամբ ջանքերը ավելացնելու» պատրաստակամությունը տպավորություն է ստեղծում, որ ինչ-որ մեկը կանխում է տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումը։ Եվ հստակորեն ակնարկվում է Հայաստանը։ Մինչդեռ Հայաստանը բոլորովին դեմ չէ և նույնիսկ բացահայտորեն քարոզում է կապուղիների ապաշրջափակման համար։ Միակ դրույթը, որն այնքան տրամաբանական ու արդարացի է, որ նույնիսկ նախապայման չի կարելի անվանել, այն է, որ ապաշրջափակման արդյունքում արտատարածքային միջանցքներ չպետք է լինեն։

Այսինքն, պետության ինքնիշխան տարածքով անցնող ցանկացած ճանապարհ պետք է լինի այդ պետության ինքնիշխանության ներքո։ Դա նշանակում է, որ տվյալ երկրի օրենքները կտարածվեն կոնկրետ այդ ճանապարհով երթևեկող տրանսպորտային միջոցների վրա, ինչն իր հերթին նշանակում է, որ երկիր մուտք գործելիս և դուրս գալիս խստորեն պահպանվելու են այդ երկրի օրենսդրության բոլոր պահանջները։ Այսինքն, Հայաստանը հավատարիմ է իր ինքնիշխան իրավունքներին և թույլ չի տա ստեղծել միջանցքներ, որոնք կոտնահարեն իր ինքնիշխանությունն ու ազգային շահերը։ Իսկ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակմանը խանգարում է Ալիևի (և, ի դեպ, նաև Էրդողանի)՝ հենց այդ շահերը հնարավորինս ոտնահարելու եռանդը։ Այս փուլում դա արտահայտվում է Սյունիքով արտատարածքային միջանցք ձեռք բերելու (կամ ծայրահեղ դեպքում ճեղքելու) փորձերով։
