«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես առիթ ունեցել ենք տեղեկացնել, ՔՊ-ն սեփական թիմակիցների կամ իրենց նկատմամբ լոյալ անձանց ինչ-որ «գույքագրում» է իրականացնում, ցուցակներ կազմում: Նշել էինք նաև, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու քպականները հիանալի հասկանում են, որ ներկայում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներն իրենց իշխանությունը պահելու համար լուրջ սպառնալիք են, և հնարավոր են անհնազանդության հուժկու ալիքներ։ Ըստ այդմ, փորձում են հասկանալ, թե նման ընթացքի պարագայում իրենք ինչքան մարդ կարող են հանել փողոց՝ ցույց տալու համար, թե հանրային լայն աջակցություն ունեն, ինչպես նաև հակադրվելու հանրային լայն դժգոհություններին։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս փուլում իշխանությունները փորձում են ուժեղացնել իրենց ողջ տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսը՝ նաև այս հարթակում զարգացումներին դիմակայելու և ապահովագրվելու նպատակով։ Մասնավորաբար, խոսքը սոցցանցերի հայկական տիրույթում անհայտ ծագման օգտատերերի պրոֆիլներ ստեղծելու գործընթացի մասին է։ Թերթի աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ վերջին շրջանում սոցցանցերում ստեղծվել են իշխանություններին «աջակցողների» նոր խմբեր, որտեղ ներգրավված է 200-300 հազար օգտատեր, իրականում՝ ֆեյք օգտատերեր։

Այս ողջ գործընթացը կոորդինացվում է իշխանությունների տեղեկատվական ոլորտի պատասխանատուների ուղղակի վերահսկմամբ, ավելին, հաճախ նրանք են ուղղորդում տեղեկատվական դաշտում թեմաների տիրաժավորման հասցեականությունը, ընդդիմադիրներին հակադարձելու ուղղություններն ու թեմաները, միաժամանակ հատուկ գործիքակազմ կիրառում, որպեսզի ընդդիմադիր ակտիվ օգտատերերի հաշիվները կա՛մ արգելափակվեն, կա՛մ իջնի դրանց դիտողականությունը։
