Հայտնաբերվել են օգտատերերի կողմից բանակին օգնելու պատրվակով դրամահավաքի դեպքեր

ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունը պարբերաբար համացանցում մշտադիտարկումներ է անցկացնում, որի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են սոցիալական ցանցերի օգտատերերի կողմից բանակին օգնելու պատրվակով քաղաքացիների շրջանում իրականացված դրամահավաքի դեպքեր։
Մասնավորապես, ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Զ.Ս.-ն 2022-2023 թթ-ի ընթացքում իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջի միջոցով իրականացրել է դրամահավաք՝ քաղաքացիներից հավաքելով 500.000-1.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, որի զգալի մասն առերևույթ յուրացրել է:
Մեկ այլ ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր՝ Է.Ս.-ն, իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղադրելով բանկային հաշվեհամարներ, ինչպես ՀՀ քաղաքացիներից, այնպես էլ արտերկրում բնակվող անձանցից հավաքագրել է մոտ 300.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար՝ իբր բանակի համար անհրաժեշտ պարագաներ պատրաստելու և նվիրաբերելու նպատակով։ Մինչդեռ պարզվել է, որ նշված գումարի մեծ մասն առերևույթ յուրացրել է:
Նշված երկու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 255 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով (խարդախություն) նախաձեռնվել են քրեական վարույթներ:
ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունը շարունակում է հետևողական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել` ՀՀ զինված ուժերին օժանդակության պատրվակով, անձնական շահագրգռություններից ելնելով, հակաիրավական և հանցավոր գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անձանց հայտնաբերելու, նման դեպքերին քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ:
ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի բարի համբավին և հեղինակությանը վնասելուն, խաբեության կամ վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով քաղաքացիներին մոլորության մեջ գցելուն ուղղված ցանկացած գործողությունից:
Միաժամանակ օրինապահ քաղաքացիներին կոչ ենք անում նմանատիպ գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անձանց կամ սոցիալական ցանցերի օգտատերերի մասին տեղեկություններ ունենալու դեպքում այդ մասին անմիջապես տեղեկացնել ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությանը կամ ցանկացած իրավապահ մարմնի։
