Վերջերս տարբեր տեղերից ավելի հաճախ եմ լսում այլընտրանքներ չունենալու մասին. Այսօր իբր այլընտրանք չունենք, քան ապօրինի անցակետն օգտագործելը, վաղը միգուցե այլ կարմիր գիծ հատելու «այլընտրանք չենք ունենա».: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:

Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Բարեբախտաբար, Արցախում այդպես մտածողները շատ չեն, քանի որ մեր պատմությունը մեզ ապացուցել է, որ այլընտրանքներ միշտ կան, պարզապես դրանք ոչ միշտ են հեշտ և հաճախ պահանջում են շատ ծանր աշխատանք, ուժերի կենտրոնացում ու համախմբում, հրաժարում շատ բաներից, նվիրում: Բայց միայն այդպես մենք կարող ենք ստիպել, որ մեզ հարգեն ու մեզ հետ հաշվի նստեն:

Ապագան մեր ձեռքերում է: Ես դեմ եմ պարզապես հոսանքին տրվելուն և սեփական ժողովրդի ճակատագրի որոշման հարցն ինչ-որ արտաքին խաղացողների թողնելուն: Հնարավոր են տարբեր սցենարներ, որոնք մենք կարող ենք մշակել ու իրականացնել: Միայն մեր սեփական սցենարները կարող են մեզ դրական արդյունք ապահովել: Իսկ ոչինչ չանելը համարժեք է թույլ տալուն, որ մեր վերաբերյալ ուրիշների սցենարները իրականություն դառնան՝ մեզ համար բացասական հետևանքներով:

Մոտ մեկուկես տարի առաջ հարցազրույցներից մեկի ժամանակ ինձ հարց էին տվել Հայաստանի ապագայի հետ կապված սցենարների մասին: Ես պատասխանել էի, որ լուրջ ու գրագետ աշխատանքի դեպքում մենք հնարավորություն ունենք դառնալու հաջողակ երկիր, այնպիսին, ինչպիսին Ֆինլանդիան էր Երկրորդ համաշխարհայինից հետո: Կամ Շվեյցարիան, եթե գտնենք ու աշխարհին ցույց տանք մեր յուրահատկությունը: Եվ հակառակը՝ սխալ քաղաքականությունը, որը, ցավոք, շարունակում է իրականացնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը, կարող է հանգեցնել բացասական սցենարի. կարող ենք հայտնվել պատժամիջոցների տակ ու անգամ կորցնել ինքնիշխանությունը, դառնալ աշխարհի համար ոչ կարևոր երկիր: Այդպիսի անցանկալի սցենարները հնարավոր են, եթե մենք ինքներս ոչինչ չանենք և թույլ տանք միայն, որ մեր հակառակորդները գործեն: Եվ հենց այդպիսի օտար, արտաքին սցենարների իրականացման են մեզ տանում Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները: Սեփական ծրագիր չկա:

Իհարկե, հաջող Հայաստան ունենալը ծանր ու բարդ աշխատանք է: Բայց դա իրականանալի նպատակ է, պարզապես պետք է սեփական սցենարը գործարկել: Վստահ եմ, որ մենք հնարավորություն ունենք Հայաստանը կամուրջ դարձնել Արևմուտքի, Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի միջև, դարձնել հաջողակ երկիր: Իսկ դրա համար ծայրահեղ կարևոր է Արցախը պահել հայկական», - գրել է Վարդանյանը։
