ՀՀ-ում Ինտերպոլի ԱԿԲ պետը հանդիպում է ունեցել Ինտերպոլի Գլխավոր քարտուղարության ղեկավարների հետ

Հունիսի 7-ից 9-ը Սինգապուրում տեղի ունեցավ Ինտերպոլի ԱԿԲ-ների պետերի ամենամյա 18-րդ հանդիպումը: Հանդիպման աշխատանքներին մասնակցում էին Ինտերպոլի 133 անդամ երկրների շուրջ 270 բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներ, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների պատվիրակներ, դիտորդներ, բարձրաստիճան հյուրեր, տեղեկանում ենք ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից։
Ինտերպոլի նախագահ Ահմեդ Նասար Ալ-Ռաիսին, ողջունելով ներկաներին, ընդգծեց ԱԿԲ-ների դերը Ինտերպոլի գործունեության ոլորտում՝ նշելով, որ ԱԿԲ-ները կամուրջ են Կազմակերպության և անդամ երկրների ոստիկանական ու իրավապահ մարմինների միջև: Նա կարևորեց անդամ երկրների ԱԿԲ-ների լուրջ դերակատարումը Կազմակերպության արդյունավետ գործունեության իրականացման գործում՝ առանձնացնելով դրանց դերը միջազգային հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում:
Ինտերպոլի Գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրգեն Շտոքը ներկայացրեց հանցավորության տարբեր դրսևորումների, մասնավորապես՝ մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի, զենք-զինամթերքի ապօրինի շրջանառության, կիբերհանցավորության, ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում Ինտերպոլի կողմից մեկնարկած մի շարք նոր ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրականացումը, ինչպես նաև նոր գործիքակազմի կիրառումը:
Քննարկվեցին քրեական ոստիկանական միջազգային կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների ԱԿԲ-ների հետագա զարգացման, կազմակերպության գործունեության հետ կապված կարեւոր հարցեր, մասնավորապես` իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից Ինտերպոլի տվյալների պահոցների, կենսաչափական տվյալների, նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների առավել ընդլայնված օգտագործումը, տեղեկատվության փոխանակման անվտանգության ապահովումը, միջազգային հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում անդամ երկրներին աջակցության տրամադրումը, ինչպես նաև օժանդակությունը հանցավորներին հայտնաբերելու և նույնացնելու հարցում:
Պատվիրակների համար կազմակերպվեց այց Ինտերպոլի Նորարարությունների կենտրոն, որտեղ ներկայացվեցին հանցավորության դեմ պայքարին ուղղված արդիական գերհզոր թվային տեխնոլոգիաները:
Հանդիպման շրջանակներում ՀՀ-ում Ինտերպոլի ԱԿԲ պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Նարինե Հակոբյանը հանդիպումներ ունեցավ Ինտերպոլի Գլխավոր քարտուղարության ենթավարչությունների ղեկավարների, ինչպես նաև մի շարք երկրների ԱԿԲ-ների պետերի հետ, որոնց ընթացքում քննարկվեցին ոստիկանական համագործակցությանը վերաբերող արդիական հարցեր:
