Եվ ովքե՞ր են խոսում հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների «առաջանցիկ զարգացումներից»․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկվա օրը հետաքրքրական էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի շնորհավորական զեղումներով առ Ռուսաստան, ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտին և վարչապետ Միշուստին: Սա, իհարկե, ձեզ համար Էրդողանին բոլորից արագ ու առաջանցիկ շնորհավորել չէ: Այստեղ ավելի շատ «պալիծիկա» կա, չհաշված բացահայտ շողոմ-շողոքորթական պոզան, որ ուղղակի աչք է ծակում հիշատակված պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների ուղերձներից:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր սիրելի արտահայտություն ունի՝ «առաջանցիկ զարգացումներ», որ գործածել է թե՛ Պուտինին, թե՛ Միշուստինին հասցեագրված շնորհավորական ուղերձներում: Այսպես, Վ. Պուտինին ուղղված շնորհավորանքում Ն.Փաշինյանը գրում է. «Վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանը և Ռուսաստանը, հետևողականորեն զարգացնելով կառուցողական կապերը, կշարունակեն բազմաբնույթ համագործակցության առաջանցիկ զարգացումը»: Իսկ Մ. Միշուստինին ուղղված տարբերակում նշում է. «Մեր անսասան պարտքն է պահպանել ժառանգած ամուր բարեկամությունն ու եղբայրությունը, որպեսզի այսուհետ ևս ապահովենք հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների առաջանցիկ զարգացումը...»:
Այդպես էլ ուզում ես հարցնել, թե այս շնորհավորական ճառագիրը «ուրիշ հերոսի անուն» չգիտի՞, թե՞ հենց միայն «առաջանցիկ զարգացում» է լսել: Չէ, հասկանալի է, իհարկե, որ Ռուսաստանում պաշտոնապես տոն է, ինքն էլ պաշտոնապես, ուզած-չուզած շնորհավորել է: Այսպես ասած՝ «դիվանագիտություն է անում»: Բայց, համաձայնեք, ձևակերպումները բավական ուշագրավ են: Առանձնապես զավեշտական է հնչում ու պամֆլետային նախադասության տպավորություն է թողնում հատկապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետևյալ արտահայտությունը. «Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի՝ ժամանակի փորձառությունն անցած և հարուստ պատմություն ունեցող դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները վերջին երեսուն տարիների ընթացքում հասել են որակական նոր մակարդակի»:
Դե, իհարկե, որակական այնպիսի՜ մակարդակի են հասել, հատկապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարման այս 4-5 տարում, որ էլ ասելու չէ: Նա և իր քաղաքական թիմը այն աստիճան են փչացրել հայռուսական հարաբերությունները, այն կարգի ցածր աստիճանի են հասցրել, որից հետո մնում է միայն բարեկամության պայմանագիրը խզելը: Ավելին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմակիցներից շատերը, բացահայտ աջակիցները Ռուսաստանը նշում են որպես Հայաստանի թշնամի, վնասատու և խոսում... «առաջանցիկ զարգացումների» մասին: Դե, սա նույնիսկ արդեն զվարճալի էլ չէ...
