ԵՄ-ում դիտարկում են գազն ուկրաինական պահեստարաններում պահելու հնարավորությունը

Եվրոպացի պաշտոնյաները դիտարկում են գազի ավելցուկը Ուկրաինայի Բիլչյե-Վոլիցկ-Ուգերյան պահեստարանում պահելու տարբերակը, պահեստարանն ունի 17 մլրդ խորանարդ մետր վառելիք պահեստավորելու հնարավորություն եւ գտնվում է Լեհաստանի սահմանից 96 կիլոմետր հեռու, տեղեկացրել է Bloomberg-ը։
Դեռեւս ԽՍՀՄ օրոք կառուցված պահեստարանն օգտագործվել է եվրոպական ընկերությունների եւ Ռուսաստանի կողմից մինչեւ հատուկ գործողությունն սկսվելը։ Երկար ժամանակ եվրոպական ընկերությունները չէին ցանկանում գազը կենտրոնացնել Ուկրաինայում՝ շարունակվող մարտական գործողությունների պատճառով, բայց հիմա դիտարկում են այդ հնարավորությունը, նշել է գործակալությունը։
«Ուկրաինական պահեստարանները կարող են օգնել հավասարակշռելու պահանջարկն ու առաջարկը 2023թ. ամռան երկրորդ կեսին՝ նկատի ունենալով հիանալի կապը ԵՄ շուկաների հետ»,- մեջբերել է Bloomberg-ը գերմանական RWE AG կոմունալ ընկերության հայտարարությունը։
Bloomberg-ը հիշեցրել է, որ ներկայում եվրոպական գազապահեստարանները լիքն են ավելի քան 70 տոկոսով, իսկ Ուկրաինայում գազը պահեստավորելը կարող է կանխել դրա գերավելցուկընառաջիկա ամիսներին։ «Ուկրաինայում գազը պահելը կենսունակ դարձնելու համար գները պետք է իջնեն բավական ցածր՝ արդարացնելու համար ծախսերը։ ԵՄ-ը եւս, հավանաբար, պետք է միջամտի, որպեսզի ապահովի պաշտպանությունը պոտեցնիալ կորուստներից՝ կապված հակամարտության հետ»,- նշվել է հոդվածում։
Անցած տարվա չորրորդ եռամսյակում Կիեւն օգտագործել է իր պահեստարանների միայն մեկ երրորդը (մոտ 30 մլրդ խորանարդ մետր)։ Ինչպես նշել է Bloomberg-ը, եվրոպական գազը պահելն Ուկրաինայում ոչ միայն երկրին այդքան անհրաժեշտ եկամուտը կապահովեր, այլեւ կամրապնդեր նրա կապերը միության հետ։ «Ուկրաինական շուկան առաջարկում է գազը պահեստավորել ֆիքսված դրույքով, ինչը գրավիչ առաջարկ է»,- նշել է Եվրոպայում շվեյցարական Axpo-ի առեւտրային գործողությունների բաժնի ղեկավար Մարկո Զաալֆրանկը։
Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչ Թիմ Մաքֆին հաստատել է, որ ԵՀ-ում ուսումնասիրում են այս հարցը։
