Հենց այս պահին բեկում է սկսվում, մարդիկ հասկացան՝ իրենց ձեռքով կարող են օրենք ընդունել տալ. Թոխատյանը՝ «Հայաքվեի» մասին
VIDEOԱյ հենց հիմա արդեն բեկումը սկսվեց, որովհետեւ մարդկանց ամբողջ մտազբաղության մեջ մտավ «հայաքվեի» ամենակարեւոր պատճառը. հասկացան, որ առաջին անգամ իրենք իրենց ձեռքով կարող են օրենք ընդունել տալ՝ ըստ ժողովրդի ցանկության: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 12-ին, ԿԸՀ-ի դիմաց լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց դերասան Հրանտ Թոխատյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նրան, որ այսօր «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության անդամները դիմում ներկայացրին ԿԸՀ-ը, որը թույլ կտա հավաքել 50 հազար ստորագրություն եւ դրա հիման վրա նախագիծ ներկայացնել Ազգային ժողով:
«Մենք երբեք նման բան չենք ունեցել: Ես ուզում եմ հուսով լինել, համենայնդեպս, ինձնից կախված ամեն ինչ անելու եմ, որ բացատրական աշխատանք տանել: Հստակ եմ, որ նույնը կանեն նաեւ իմ բոլոր գործընկերները»,-ասաց նա:
Թոխատյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ մեծ թվով մարդիկ հավատում են, որ այս նախաձեռնությունը անհրաժեծտ է, անգամ այնպիսի մարդիկ, որոնք իր պես չեն մտածում:
Հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է այս նախաձեռնությամբ խաթարել իշխանության ծրագրերը, ստիպել, որ Արցախի հարցում չանեն այն քայլերը, որոնց մասին հայտարարւմ են, դերասանը պատասխանեց. «Ես չեմ սիրում որեւէ բան անել ստիպողական: Ես դեռ հույս ունեմ մարդու բանականության վրա, որ եթե բացատրել, իրենբք էլ պետք է հասկանան, որ սա հօգուտ մեր երկրի, մեր պետականության է: Զոռովը մի տեղից դուրս է գալու, թաթիկին խփելով ոչնչի չես հասի, բացատրելով, քաղցր խոսքով պետք է ասես, որ անեն այս քայլը: Դա շատ կարեւոր է»:
Նշենք, որ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը Արցախի ինքնորոշման մերժումը քրեականացնող օրենքի նախագիծ է, որը կյանքի է կոչվելու Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների կամարտահայտության միջոցով։ Դրանով ծանր պատիժ է նախատեսվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչող և Հայոց ցեղասպանության նշանակությունը նսեմացնող գործողությունների համար։
Նախաձեռնողները հիմք են ընդունում ՀՀ Անկախության հռչակագիրը, ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը և ՀՀ Գերագույն Խորհրդի՝ 1992թ․ հուլիսի 8-ի որոշումը։
Նախաձեռնողներն այսօր դիմումը ներկայացրել է ԿԸՀ, որից հետո 10-օրյա ժամկետում ԿԸՀ-ի կողմից դրական պատասխանից հետո սահմանվում է 60-օրյա ժամկետ՝ քվեարկություն-ստորագրահավաքը կազմակերպելու համար (50 հազար ստորագրություն)։
Ըստ օրենքի` ստորագրահավաքի համար 60–օրյա ժամկետ է նախատեսված։ Հույս ունեն, որ 10-20 օրում կհավաքեն ստորագրությունների անհրաժեշտ քանակը։
Դրանից հետո կդիմեն ԿԸՀ, որտեղ կհաստատվի ստորագրությունների վավերականությունը, հետո կդիմեն արդեն Ազգային ժողով։
Նախաձեռնության անդամների ներկայացրած դիմումն ու ամբողջական փաթեթն այսօր ընդունեց ԿԸՀ անդամ Արմեն Սմբատյանը։
