Նպատակն այն էր, որ նման միջադեպ այլևս տեղի չունենա: Գոհ եմ, որ միջադեպին իրավական գնահատական տրվեց:

Այս մասին դատական նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց Աշոտ Փաշինյանը՝ խոսելով Գայանե Հակոբյանի դատավճռի մասին:

«Անձնապես ուրախ եմ նման որոշումից, որովհետև իրավական գնահատական տրվեց միջադեպին: Կարծում եմ, որ սա կարևոր է՝ անկախ այն  հանգամանքից, թե միջադեպով ովքեր են անցնում և ինչ է տեղի ունեցել: Գոհ եմ, որ արդարադատության համակարգը և քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված պատիժը, կանխարգելման միջոցն այս դեպքում քիչ չէ Գայանե Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ, այսինքն պատիժը խիստ չէ»,- նշեց նա:

Աշոտ Փաշինյանը նաև ասաց, որ չի բողոքարկի դատարանի վճիռը: Նրա խոսքով՝  վճիռը ներկայացրել է դատախազը և որևէ միջնորդություն կամ առարկություն չի հնչել դրա դեմ:

Նշենք, որ այսօր Աշոտ Փաշինյանի «առևանգման գործով»  նիստը դռնփակ է ընթացել:

Գործով անցնող Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոոհված զինծառայողի մայր Գայանե Հակոբյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել: Դատարանի որոշմամբ նա  դատապարտվել է  4 տարի ազատազրկման, դատարանը պատիժը պայմանականորեն չի կիրառի՝ նշանակելով մեկ տարի փորձաշրջան՝ երկրից չբացակայելու պայմանով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված Ժորա Մարտիրոսյանի մայրը՝ Գայանե Հակոբյանը նորից կալանավորվել է 1 ամիս 15 օր ժամկետով։

Գայանե Հակոբյանը Աշոտ Փաշինյանի «առևանգման գործով»  մեկ ամսով կալանավորվել էր մայիսի 20-ին։
