Մեր մոտեցումն այն է, որ յուրաքանչյուր դեպք պետք է իրավական համապատասխան գնահատական ստանա։ Այս մասին դատարանի բակում լրագրողներին հայտնեց վարչապետի որդին՝ Աշոտ Փաշինյանը։
«Ինչ վերաբերում է հերոսի մայր արտահայտությանը, դրա մասին արդեն խոսել ենք, ոչ մեկ չի նսեմացնում դա, ու ևս մեկ անգամ ասում եմ, որ գլուխ եմ խոնարհում հերոսների մայրերի առաջ, այդ թվում՝ տիկին Գայանեի, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ օրենքը հավասար է բոլորի համար»,- ասաց նա։
Աշոտ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ մշտապես տարբեր առիթներով շփվել է զոհվածների ծնողների հետ։
«Տիկին Գայանեի հետ՝ ոչ, բայց այնտեղ ներկա մյուս ծնողների հետ շատ փոխադարձ հարգանքով խոսկացություն է եղել, այդ պատճառով չեմ մտածել, որ որևէ տգեղ միջադեպ կարող է լինել»,- ասաց վարչապետի որդին՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչու է ինքնակամ նստել Գայանե Հակոբյանի մեքենան։
