Մենք կանգնած ենք ժողովուրդ մնալու կամ էլ արտաքին ուժերի պարտադրանքով ձուլվելու երկընտրանքի առաջ։ Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, այն պահից սկսած երբ ինչ-որ մեկն ասում էր, որ պետք է արցախյան հիմնախնդրի պլանը նախագծել, հետո պարզվեց, որ այս ձողն ընդհանրապես գետնին է գցվել։ Այս մասին հունիսի 8-ին «Ազատ Արցախ՝ հայերիի ձայնը» նախաձեռնության մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարեց ընդդիմադիր հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

«Փաստորեն տաբուներ չեն մնացել։ Կարելի է մոռանալ Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին, ասել, որ պետք է երազել Արարատ լեռան մասին։ 

Մեզ փորձում են համոզել, որ մենք չկանք, իսկ մենք դեռ պետք է ապացուցենք, որ որպես ժողովուրդ կանք, որ մեզ կադաստրային վկայական է պետք։

Մեզնից պահանջում են խլել որպես ժողովուրդ գոյության իրավունքը, սրան պետք է դիմադրել։

Ստեղծվել է քարոզչական խումբ, որն ընդլայնում է իր գործունեությունը։ Արշավին կարող են միանալ բոլորը, այդ թվում՝ սոցիալական ցանցերում։

Մենք պետք է հանրային ճնշում գործադրենք խորհրդարանի վրա՝ ընդունելու այն օրինագիծը, որը մենք կներկայացնենք ստորագրահավաքի փուլի հաջող ավարտից հետո։ Սա նույնպես կդառնա բանակցություններում ազդեցության լրացուցիչ լծակ, նույնիսկ գործող իշխանությունների ձեռքում։

Եթե ​​մեր թշնամիների խամաճիկները մեզ խանգարում են գնալ օրինական ճանապարհով, մենք կոչ ենք անում խմբի բոլոր անդամներին դուրս գալ փողոց և կանխել այդ մտադրությունները»,- ասաց Չալաբյանը։

Նախաձեռնող խմբի մեկ այլ անդամ Մենուա Սողոմոնյանն իր հերթին նշեց, որ իրենք փորձում են հայ ժողովրդին համոզել, թե իբր ամբողջ աշխարհը կողմ է, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմ դառնա։

«Հայ ժողովուրդին փորձում են հուսահատության վիճակի մեջ մտցնել, ժողովրդին փորձում է վախեցնել պատերազմով։ Բայց Հայաստանն ունի արժանապատվություն և չի ցանկանում հանձնվել, հայ ժողովուրդը հասնելու է Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի միջազգային կոչին»,- ընդգծեց նա։

Սողոմոնյանն ասաց, որ նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում տեղեկատվական աշխատանքներ են տարվելու, կլինեն երթեր, հանրահավաքներ, հանդիպումներ։

«Ազատ Արցախը հայերի ձայնն է» նախաձեռնությամբ այսօր հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին ևս չորս կազմակերպություններ, այդ թվում՝ Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի վետերանների միությունը»,- եզրափակեց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 4-ին Գյումրիում մեկնարկել է «Ազատ Արցախ – հայերի ձայն» նախաձեռնության մարզային քարոզարշավը։ «Ազատ Արցախ՝ հայի ձայն» նախագծի շուրջ համագործակցության հուշագրին նախկինում միացել է «Ազգային արժեք» տեղական կազմակերպությունը։ «Համախմբում» շարժումը և Գյումրի քաղաքի «Ազգային արժեք» ակումբը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել համատեղ գործունեություն ծավալել հանրային մոբիլիզացիայի միջոցով ազգային նպատակների շուրջ, այդ թվում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման հարցում։
