Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության լուծումը պետք է ձեռնտու լինի երկու կողմերին. այդ մասին հունիսի 8-ին հայտարարել է Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների հետ հանդիպմանը, հայտնում է «ԲելՏա»-ն։
«Ե՛վ ադրբեջանցիները, և՛ հայերը մեզ հարազատ են: Նրանք նման են մի ձեռքի երկու մատի, ի՞նչ կարող ես անել»,- նշել է Լուկաշենկոն։
Բելառուսի նախագահն ասել է, որ նախորդ տարիներին ինքը մեծ ջանքեր է ներդրել կողմերի միջև հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար՝ փորձելով փոխգործակցություն հաստատել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև։
«Հիմա ամեն ինչ ավելի է բարդացել, պետք է կարգավորել այս իրավիճակը: Այս դեպքում ես, իհարկե, սատարում եմ Նիկոլ Վովաևիչին (Փաշինյանին)՝ գիտակցելով, որ այս բոլոր խնդիրները ընկել են այս իշխանությունների, նրա վրա։ Ուստի հիմա մեզ պետք է համբերություն և փորձեր՝ խնդրին լուծում գտնելու համար, որպեսզի դա ձեռնտու լինի և՛ Հայաստանին, և՛ Ադրբեջանին»,- ընդգծել է պետության ղեկավարը։
Ըստ նրա՝ ՀԱՊԿ երկրների անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարները նույնպես պետք է իրենց առաջարկներն անեն, քանի որ նրանք այս իրավիճակում դրսից դիտորդներ չեն։
«Դուք մեր հիմնական օգնականներն եք պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերում»,- ասել է նա։
Բելառուսը ՀԱՊԿ-ում նախագահում է 2023 թվականին, Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն ասել է, որ երկիրը կձգտի օգնել Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին լուծել վեճերը։
Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ տարածքում հակամարտությունները, հատկապես զինված, պետք է լուծվեն։
«Մենք չենք կարող հանգիստ հետևել, երբ ՀԱՊԿ տարածքում հակամարտություններ են լինում, մենք չենք կարող թողնել դրանք, դրանք բարդ են: Նրանք մեր եղբայրներն են. մենք ապրել ենք նույն պետությունում, ուստի խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն»,- ամփոփել է Բելառուսի ղեկավարը։
