Հայաստանում աճում է վտանգը տեղի բնակչության համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների ուսումնասիրության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սեմյոն Բաղդասարովը պատմել է, թե ինչի կարող է հանգեցնել Թուրքիայի հետ Հայաստանի գործընկերությունը։ «Հասկանալի է, որ հիմնական ուղղությունը, որ մենք հիմա ունենք, Ուկրաինան է, հիմա մենք Անդրկովկասին հասու չենք, սակայն այն, ինչ հիմա այնտեղ տեղի է ունենում, շատ վտանգավոր միտում ունի: Եվ դա առաջին հերթին ներկա ղեկավարության քաղաքականությունն է, այն է՝ Հայաստանի՝ Թուրքիայի հետ մերձեցումը:

Ես դեմ չեմ որևէ մերձեցման։ Բայց կան հարցեր, և առաջին հարցն այն է, թե դա ի՞նչ կտա հայ ժողովրդին, իսկ երկրորդ հարցը, թե ի՞նչ կտա Ռուսաստանին, ի՞նչ սպառնալիքներ կառաջանան: Լսել եմ այնպիսի տերմին, որ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի մերձեցումը կհանգեցնի Հայաստանի աջարացմանը»,– ասել է նա։ Փորձագետը հիշեցրել է, թե ինչ է նշանակում «աջարացում» հասկացությունը: Աջարիան, ինչպես գիտենք, Վրաստանի մի մասն է։ Բայց բոլորը գիտեն, որ այժմ այնտեղ Թուրքիայի ազդեցությունը կտրուկ աճել է։ Փաստացի, այն, իրավաբանորեն լինելով Վրաստանի կազմում, դարձել է Թուրքիայի տարածք։

«Այսպիսով, Հայաստանում տեղի կունենա հայկական ինքնության ամբողջական ոչնչացում ներկա հայկական պետության տարածքում:Չեն լինելու ջարդեր, տեղահանումներ: Հիմա կան ավելի ժամանակակից մեթոդներ, այն է՝ անշարժ գույքի, ակտիվների գնումը և հայ էթնոսի աստիճանական տեղահանումը հայկական պետությունից, դա նաև կհանգեցնի հայ եկեղեցու հետ հարցերի: Դա 5,10, առավելագույնը 15 տարվա խնդիր է, և հայերը այնտեղից կհեռացվեն»,- ասել է Բաղդասարովը։
